Hôtel Mercure Nantes Centre Gare

Great location but the room is very small. The room does not equip with USB outlets. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room that was not yet cleaned. They later gave me another room and a drink voucher as compensation.

服務比較生硬，設施中規中矩，旁邊就是火車站，交通便利。挺乾淨的，房間可以俯瞰教堂和小河

Right next to the train station and walkable distance to the city centre, nice room at this price

Assez déçu de ce Mercure : chambre avec équipement défectueux (coffre, poignée salle de bains cassée, douche avec problème d’évacuation). Pas mal de bruits aussi car chambre donnant sur la rue qui et tout sauf calme. Odeurs de tabac également dans l’hôtel. En-deçà de ce que l’on trouve d’habitude dans les Mercure. Points positifs : localisation, propreté, petit déjeuner

Rien à dire , tout était parfait; L'emplacement est idéal à côté de la gare, mais aucun dérangement dû au bruit. seul le prix du petit déjeuner nous a refroidi même s'il s'git d'un buffet à volonté.(18euros..)

I stayed in the hotel for 6 days in August 2023. I was a bit worried about the noise from the trains since the hotel is located right next to the Gare de Nantes. Fortunately, the noise was not an issue in my room that was facing the canal. However, it may be different in rooms that face the railway station or the rail tracks. The hotel is a 10 minutes' walk to the old downtown. The surrounding area (the south station) is quite well kept. The breakfast was fine with good selections. If you can add breakfast at a low price (say, $10 per person per day), I would strongly recommend it. I ask the hotel to serve hot potatoes, which are not expensive but filling.

There were open pots of jams and out of one flew a house fly on looking around there was another on the eggs. On complaining to staff I did get new pot of jam but there should be insect killing wall units installed.

En cuanto a profesionalidad muy por debajo de un hotel de 4 *. En recepción no se enteraban mucho, y en la cafetería para desayunar bastante caótico con el café. Teníamos reservadas 2 habitaciones y al llegar nos dijeron que solo les constaba una. Al final nos la dieron pero nos cobraron las tasas del niño como si fuese adulto, o sea 4 e más. Caótico, para no volver.

Tres bel hotel, cependant nous avons été déçu. Nous avons été surclassé apres avoir été dans la premiere chambre attribuée dans laquelle une odeur de transpiration insupportable nous a dérangé. Dans la seconde chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et malheureusement malgré le temps extérieur Clément il faisait très lourd dans la chambre, cela nous a empêché de dormir. Cependant le personnel est très serviable. Le petit dejeuner convenable.
