ナパのワイナリー訪問に最適なロケーション

全体的に素晴らしい滞在でした。部屋は清潔で、宿泊料金には係員付き駐車サービスも含まれており、スタッフはリクエストに応えてくれました。唯一の問題は、タオルが少し粗く、テレビとリモコンが時代遅れに見えたことです。しかし、良い点も輝いていて、オックスボー マーケットや多くのワイン テイスティング ルームにとても近いです。また泊まりたいです。

このホテルの立地は良かったです。予定していた多くの場所に行くのに便利でした。係員付き駐車サービスと夜間の車のサービスは無料で提供され、スタッフはとても親切でした。バーとレストランのスタッフも非常にプロフェッショナルでした。私が非常に不満だったのは、部屋の立地です。節目の誕生日を祝うために女子会で 2 部屋を予約したのですが、部屋は互いに遠く離れていました。フロント デスクのスタッフは私たちのリクエストに応えてくれませんでした。1 か月前に予約しました。

小さなカフェの食事はあまり美味しくありませんでした。二度とそこで食事をすることはないと思います。スタッフは私が食べない朝食を取り除いてくれて親切でした。バーのスタッフはとても楽しく、どこよりも清潔なグラスを保っています。すべてのグラスはタオルで拭かれ、磨かれていました。

部屋の値段を考えると、もっと防音対策がしてあったらよかったと思います。 最初の夜は、悪夢を見ているような幼い子供に2回起こされ、次の夜は廊下の向こう側で90分間泣き続ける幼児に起こされました。

素晴らしい滞在でした！ベッドは最高でした！カーペットも気に入りました。とても清潔でスタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした :-)

This place is great. We had a two bedroom 2 bath luxury suite. It even had a full kitchen and a lovely large balcony with a view of the Napa valley and downtown Napa.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. My biggest gripe is that it's NOISY. You hear every voice walking down the halls, the housekeepers talking outside the rooms and the worst of all - a staff member using a leaf blower at 8:15am, New Year's Day, right outside the guest room windows. Again, nice place, but not exactly "restful" if you like peace and quiet.

This property is beautiful, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! The staff was very attentive. Thank you.

The parking garage door was heard going up and down constantly starting at 7 AM every day in our room. Probably nothing that can be done for this and adjacent rooms. But a discount should be offered on these rooms that is significant and the guest should be advised of this noise. If you are working person, you are up and gone by 7 or so anyway, so no big deal. But if you are casual traveler, the room is not good for those that sleep-in until 8 AM. The desk staff, concierge service, housekeeping, bartenders and the parking concierge staff were all excellent. The servers in the cafe area could have been coached on kindness and promptness a bit. They were a little bit lax on customer service.

Staff was incredible! Also close to downtown Napa and a local market so tons of shopping and food options within walking distance. Well lit at night as well.

We were very pleased with the amenities of the hotel and the staff, especially the valet team Gabriel did a excellent job taking care of our family. I believe the hotel restaurant was ran by a different organization. We got yogurt, granola, strawberries in the morning. It was served in a box and it’s kind of all over the box instead of having a container.

This property is conveniently located to many dining and tasting locations. We walked to downtown crossing over part of the Napa river to the beautiful waterfront district.The Oxbow Park is adjacent to the property and on Friday nite had a special event. You could walk to the Model Bakery and get fresh coffee and danishes in am or sandwiches in the afternoon. The Bed was amazing with crisp linens and comfortable. I enjoyed going out of the room in the am and getting a cup of hot tea and sitting out on the veranda enjoying the crisp morning air and sunshine.

We loved our stay here. Great location, great costumer service and super clean.
