My stay was great room size bed and also they had a pool. Which was great for me and my friends while we were there. The staff is all friendly and have great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back before the summer is over to bring my family to enjoy at the pool.

Rooms are spacious enough. The small kitchen with the microwave is definitely handy and the refrigerator (with fridge) is more than generous in space. Service is truly good, although it is provided on 14days basis. The location is alright, but it is not recommendable to walk to the downtown. The room might become kind of noisy for the refrigerator and the heating system, sometimes. A particular mention for the staff: always very attentive and ready to help. Overall I think it is a great solution, if you have to stay in town for several weeks.

Office was easy to work with. As i. Disabled they put.me in a first floor room and in a rokm on back of hotel where its quieter

I have stayed at Extended Stay a few times in different cities but this particular area was less than desirable. I felt very uncomfortable with the surroundings and didn’t sleep much due to discomfort of facility. I would not stay here again but also would not disregard other locations based on 1 undesirable egg

Worst place I've ever tried to stay at. I waited an hour and a half for someone to come check me in. Then because I was a little aggravated they wouldn't check me in and wouldn't give me a refund

Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, stained sink and fridge.

Right location - lack of service and any kitchen tools/coffee pot… ie didn’t have any! Very dirty walls & floor - fridge door - microwave - lack of service - no bed cover - will never return and looking for better alternative.

I got off the road around 12am. Stopped to get food and to stretch my legs. Arrived at the room for check in to get some rest and there was no one on site to get me into my room. Argued with ******* customer service and couldn’t get a refund nor a good nights rest. The absolute worst!

I arrived at 9:20pm and there was no one at the property to check me in. The note on the door said that they are open to 10 pm. I called the service number but they were not able to provide another accommodation. I had to book another hotel.

Just what i needed. Some me time. 3 adults and 1 kid in a 1bdr. Apt. The rental issue a big problem. I will return.

My room was NOT clean. Used rag left , items from previous stays in the dressers and on the floors

Absolute WORST STAY OF MY ENTIRE EXISTENCE! With no exaggeration, and 40 years of traveling(well,25 years of personal bookings anyway)worst all around place IV ever encountered and let me be clear, IV NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW FOR ANYTHING,HOTEL MOTEL RETAIL TO RESTAURANTS, UNTIL NOW TO EXTEND JUST HOW HORRIBLE THESE PEOPLE ARE FROM THE MOMENT WE STEP IN, TO THE MOMENT OF CHECKING OUT, THE WOMAN OR WIFE OF THE MANAGER HERE IS SIMPLY HORRIBLE TO EVERYONE NOT JUST MY FAMILY.. I.E TELLING MY DAUGHTER SHE "KNOWS BETTER THAN TO BRING HER CASH TO THE OFFICE AND HER MOTHER SHOULD BE ASHAMED" ...(daughter is 15 btw)... Even telling my 9 year old he was aggravating her as he sat on his father's truck playing with matchbox cars! That's just a couple examples but as far as the stay,if you don't ask for housekeeping, she'll not give you a second chance to get clean towels and honestly the ONLY good thing about this place was the housekeeping staff as they were very kind and apologetic for their boss as they shouldn't have been . Needless to say, I would and won't EVER recommend this hole to anyone!

When there it was no room for us

If your a clean freak as I am. Or you a clutter bug you will see how filthy this motel is. Extended Stay on University Drive off 15-501 in the Bull City (I'm a Durmite) is not the ideal place for people not comfortable around people of different race. The steps leading to the room were nasty. I have l one word to describe: power washer.... Well two words. The rooms were nice and had lots of features. However even looked worn out. The room had no bath towels. I had to go get them. The breakfast they do proudly mention is continental grab. What continent?? IDK? However, the staff were friendly.
