ホテル ランフィーペ パレス

4月23日18日から21日まで3泊しました。活気のあるスパニッシュクォーターのメインストリートにあるとても良い小さな（11部屋）ホテルで、どこへでもアクセスが良好です。ホテルは歴史的な宮殿の 2 階にあります。 （非常に大きな木製のドアを通って通りから入ります。320という番号を覚えていると見逃してしまうかもしれません。エレベーターはありますが、後から外側に追加されました。到着時に見逃してしまい、荷物を持って登るのが大変でした。建物の入り口のすぐ内側に入り、ホテルの上の半分の踊り場まで上がり、下に歩いてください。) ホテルは居心地の良いイタリア風のインテリアで、すべてが完璧に清潔でよく手入れされています。スタッフが親切・丁寧にお手伝いします。部屋はそれほど広くはなく、シンプルな内装で、タイル張りの床に暗いイタリア製のワードローブが置かれていました。バスルームは素晴らしかったです。繰り返しますが、すべてが完全に真っ白です。唯一のマイナス点は、廊下からの防音が非常に悪かったことです。通りからの騒音はありませんでした。ナポリ中心部のホテルのレビューを読んだ後、心配になりました。 Lanfipe は安すぎるのではないかと心配していました。間違っていました。素晴らしい買い物でした。4 つ星または 5 つ星のホテルではありませんが、心からお勧めします。ナポリは素晴らしく、少し汚いですが、それを差し引いても、素晴らしい活気に満ちた美しい街で、食べ物は素晴らしく（そして安いです）。

小さなホテルですが、かなり素敵で、市街地の絶好のロケーションにあります。トレド通りの壁のアーチとエレベーターを通ってアクセスでき、美しく清潔です。部屋は広くはありませんが、ベッドは確かに大きく、しっかりしていて快適です。 Wi-Fiは問題なく機能し、近くのエリアは素晴らしいです。飢えることはありません。朝食はありませんが、通りの向かいにあるパティッチェリアのオーガスタスは素晴らしく（妻はラムババスにはまってしまいました）、その他ほとんどすべてが徒歩圏内にあります。コンシェルジュのサンドラは、2022 年 9 月にここでの 3 日間の素晴らしい滞在中、とても​​役に立ちました。中心部のロケーションにしては驚くほど静かです。

Very disappointed, paid for suite with jacuzzi and the jacuzzi did not work. Paid on arrival in good faith for services. Wrote 2 emails asking for part refund as we did not get what we paid for and did not receive any response at all. Staff at reception were helpful but could not make any decisions and said they would speak with the administrator and contact me. Still no response.

Pro: great location. Can’t beat it Lovely bathroom Young staff where most very welcoming AC Tile floor Small tv surrounded in golden frame Well guarded by several cameras as reminded and locks . Lovely body wash Quiet Cons : felt like read our rights upon arrival and told to turn off the ac when leaving which is understandable but our room was hot hot upon long day arrival despite many emails confirmations of arrival . Maybe not a problem out of summer Hard hard old pillow :-( Lots of stairs ( they are an elevator that we found later) Boutique style hotel . No shampoo nor conditioner so bring your own . Body wash Many Strong repeated Insistance to leave our passports in reception cubies . ( unlocked) behind reception. Safe must ask key at front and reminded not to loose it . Ok Reminded many times that safe hotel . Not like others or where we are ( when I refused to leave my passport in open cubicle behind desk. Ok They don’t take American Express bc of payment blocked ok I understand and maybe the passport are held hostage for that No coffee. But tea . So you must order your coffee but have free tea in room. Odd Lovely location in old building . We had the small room that served its purpose And happy to experience it once They try hard but bottom line I did not feel comfortable . Greatfull for location tho Thank you to the young kids who were very nice at reception

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the centre. The Lady at the reception was also very helpful. A big minus for us however was the check-out time at 10:00. No matter if the plane is late (and you want to relax a little bit more before further visiting) or you just feel like sleeping longer as it's your holiday time - it's diffcult and we had never experienced such an early check-out before and it influenced our stay and plans in a negative way. Besides, the hotel is worth recomendation. We have tea and coffee facilities in our room which made our stay a lot easier. Just the room was small, but it seems to be typical for central locations.

Ottima struttura in pineo centro a Napoli. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e della funicolare che sale al Vomero. Taxi vicinissimi. Pochi passi da piazza Plebiscito. Posizione perfetta per visitare la città. In via Toledo sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari quali bar (nella struttura non viene servita la colazione), farmacie, negozi di ogni genere... Letti comodissimi e molto pulito. Personale gentile e disponibile. Serramenti ottimi infatti nonostante sia ubicato in centro la qualità del sonno è garantita. Senz'altro ci ritornerei.
