ザ ヘイズ ストリート ホテル ナッシュビル(Hayes Street Hotel Nashville)

Very nice clean hotel if you are looking for peace and quiet since it’s nowhere near the honky tonks. Only downside is the breakfast is only packaged stuff I can understand Continental breakfast not having hot food but I’ve never heard of not able to get a piece of toast or bowl of cereal

Everyone made us feel welcomed and service was better than spot on. Construction nearby starts early morning, bring ear plugs if you want to sleep past 6:30 a.m. Otherwise, all was great! Will be back. Thank you to everyone who made our special week even better. Lady Sage loved it!!!

Everything was very clean and all of the staff was incredibly friendly. Operating the shower and blackout curtain was confusing at first. The complimentary breakfast doesn’t have many options, but it’s a good for a quick grab-n-go.

Get to the “hotel” and they made us park our own car and still tried to charge us for valet. The rooms were nothing like pictured on the site. Room in disrepair and the curtains about to fall off and completely see through. The walls were paper thin and heard people on one side having loud sex and the other side screaming children. The morning we were woken up at 6:15 am by jackhammers and construction. I asked to be moved 3 times and they said because I have an ******* reservation I was locked into my room and could not make any changes.

Construction across the street. Which woke us up at 7am. Homeless walking up and down the street at all hours. Paint peeling from the ceiling. The view was a building under construction. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the room wasn’t clean.

Lobby is small and not as big as the picture portrays. Not enough lighting in the room or plug ins. No chair in the room; only a bench for a suitcase. Breakfast was ok. There’s a menu in your room to scan a code to order food, yet it’s not affiliated with the hotel. No parking, only valet for $42 a day. We used Uber! You have to ask for housekeeping or they don’t go.

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel, being woken up at 5:30 in the morning is really not that great especially when you’re out in Nashville until 2 AM we even tried napping in the middle of the day and it was way too loud! The hotel staff was very friendly

Great hotel for the price. Super cute lobby great service . Fair breakfast Supper close to Vanderbilt / behind Graduate Hotel. Can walk in comfortable shoes to downtown or the Gulch Music in lobby Fri / Sat night. Nice littie Bar
