Lovely place and great service from pick up at port. Welcomed at pension by owners with great info and drinks. Rooms good size and clean with comfy beds. Complimentary bfast on balcony as well with home made produce. Definitely recommend this pension

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From pickup at the airport, to a warm welcome by Rena and Theo (and her entire family) to a most beautifully designed new suite with lovely balcony, comfortable bed, hot shower, small kitchenette, homemade treats, fruit, bread part of a complimentary breakfast, easy walk to town, in a quiet spot, to dropoff at airport, Pension Sofi made our stay in Naxos perfect. Most of all we enjoyed the graciousness and attentiveness of Rena, a wonderful hostess.

Really enjoyed out stay at this family owned, Pension Sofi. Excellent location, walking distance to the main *****, restaurants and shops. Our room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast every morning. Rena and her husband are excellent host. I would highly recommend Pension Sofi.

Pension Sofi is the best place to stay when in Naxos, Chora. Close to the port, the old town, swimming spots and shops. Free pick up and return from/to airport and port. Great breakfast provided daily with a smile from the fantastic hosts. Always something different, with a Greek speciality included. The rooms are cleaned daily. Car hire is available from the pension. Family owned and operated pension. The family are very welcoming, friendly and full of information on where to go and what to see on Naxos. 10 out of 10 stars.

Rena and her family offered the best hospitality of our whole European trip! From picking us up from the ferry port, to providing the most delicious breakfasts and the best restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and had everything we needed and sitting outside on the balcony in the morning was so lovely. Pension Sofi was in the perfect location and just a short walk from the main *****, port, and temple of Apollo. We only stayed two nights and wish we had stayed longer and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Rena and Theodore are such a lovely welcoming couple and we are so glad we chose Pension Sofi Naxos. From start to finish, everything was superb. We rented the deluxe studio apar**ent and it was spotlessly clean and spacious. We had a small kitchen area with a fridge, a two-ring stovetop and a kettle. Mugs were a decent size for a cuppa. The rain shower had great pressure. And the mattress was comfortable. We were delighted with the room. Every day we returned to a clean and tidy room. Every morning around 08:30 we went downstairs for our breakfast tray of treats. It varied but usually consisted of orange juice, yogurt with honey, bread, homemade marmalade, and sometimes a boiled egg, or homemade cake or sweet treat—all delicious. They offer tea or filter coffee. We returned to our room and ate it on our little balcony with castle view. Lovely. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the port, the harbour promenade of restaurants, and also the bus stop at the port—and the bus ticket kiosk—important as you cannot buy tickets on the bus. (So if you one-way walk to Plaka or one of the beaches, recommend you buy your return leg ticket before you leave Naxos.) Rena and Theodore met us and returned us to the port with our luggage which was hugely appreciated. Highly recommend. Thank you Rena and Theodore for making our stay in Naxos so special.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms and wonderful owners! We stayed for six nights at Pension Sofi and loved every moment. We were picked up from the ferry which was amazing. The hotel is in a perfect location, only a 10-minute walk from the old town, the same to the Town Castle, and 15 minutes to the top of Naxos Temple of Apollo. Our room “Junior Suite”was so beautiful and exceeded some star hotel we have stayed in. The view was picturesque and there was a big balcony surrounded by a huge purple bougainvillea. They provided us with the most delicious breakfast every morning and with the homemade touches we felt truly taken care of. We even rented a car from the hotel so did not lose time looking around. The family was available for questions we had, and always had smiles on their faces. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to see them again! Rena, Theo and Sofi you are the best!!!

My wife and I just returned from 2 weeks in Greece. Pension Sofi was our favorite among the 6 places that we stayed. Rena and Sofi provided the hospitality and Theodoros provided the transport. They were always hustling to keep their guests happy. After he picked us up at the ferry terminal we were greeted at the pension with homemade orange sweets. Our second floor room was very light, fresh and modern and the bed was comfortable. Every morning they had breakfast ready for us on a tray so we could sit on our balcony to eat. Sofi arranged a rental car for us that was just right for 2 days of exploring the island. We stayed for 3 nights but wish it had been more. We enjoyed the island very much and will definitely stay at Pension Sofi if we ever return.

The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect, everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. They held our bags on the morning of our departure and dropped them at the port for us so we didn't have to go back to the hotel, which allowed us to explore all morning. Great recommendations on restaurants and places to explore. Highly recommend staying there.
