ネット上の写真は素敵です。しかし、場所は廃墟の隣という、町の奇妙な場所にあります。近くにあるショッピングモールまで歩いていくのは、あまり安全だとは感じませんでした。アメニティは時代遅れで、ソファは汚れていて、シミが目立ちます。チェックイン後にベッドを調べたところ、シーツに文字通り虫のシミがあり、マットレスの折り目に虫がいました。管理者に知らせたところ、彼らは2階に来て、マットレスをひっくり返して虫は見当たらないと言って、別の部屋を提案してくれました。写真を見せた後でもです。数分後にチェックアウトし、返金を求めましたが、拒否されました。

Fantastic property! Location was very central, safe neighborhood, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need + some more! It was a very comfortable stay and I’m definitely staying there again.

I am Egyptian but live in Abu Dhabi, I go to Cairo at least 4 or 5 times a year, and usually stay there for at least 10 days, therefore booking a hotel room is usually too expensive, also the rooms in hotels are usually very small. The serviced apartments at Prime fit my needs because the price is more affordable but at the same time the apartment is much more spacious than hotels but also includes a kitchentte which allows me to cook, I don’t like relying on room service or ordering specially that I spend at least 10 days in Egypt. The service at Prime is great! Thank you Prime Hospitality!
