Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. I would like to mention Jade. She was extremely helpful with an always ready big smile.

I would stay here again. It was convenient for where and what I needed to do. The bathroom/shower was a little outdated and the shower would stop up a little. I did ask housekeeping to come touch up our bathroom on day 3 of our trip and it was no problem.

We was denied entry to stay the customer service was the worst luckily was was able to find somewhere else to stay last minute

Hotel pictures are old, musty smells, broken shink, DONT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS FOR CRACK HEADS MOSTLY UNSAFE

Room was dirty and bed was so hard I woke up in pain I had to find another hotel at the last min we lost money

This property is SUPER clean! Remarkable job on the floors, room. Smells like bleach and flowers everywhere. Nicely done!

Hotel location was sketchy. Roaches in the bathroom. Floor was so dirty, my child's clean socks turned black. Cabinet door under sink was broken. Apparently was unaware that I had to 'rig' the air conditioner down to 62 degrees in order for it to work so basically sweat the entire night. Was charged twice the one night with no response from hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean, however it looked as if they were remodeling, they did not have an accessible vending machine for drinks or snacks. There was not a receptionist available for questions or to assist with any request. The restroom in my room needed repairs, the shower had low water pressure and there was a leak also. There was more water on the floor of the restroom than in the shower. Service could be a lot better.

Rusted furniture in all rooms specifically the lamps, TV did not work in first room, Heat and hot water did not work in second room. Third room was ok but still had rusted furniture.

Had a comfortable stay. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room. The gym and pool were out of order during my week's stay. Would have liked to use the pool. Good buffet breakfast but not enough variety for me though. I stayed without a car but found it easy to getbin and out of central New Orleans via public transport, bus stop is 5 minutes walk.

You get what you pay for. Tread very carefully. Although most of the staff were friendly and willing to help (when they were actually at the desk and not outside smoking with guests, yes this happened). We had to check in pretty late since our flight was delayed and no one at the facility answered the phone? I called many times and never got an answer which was anxiety inducing. The facility itself overall is of desperate need of TLC and repair. The public bathrooms did not have soap at all. Things in the public areas didn't appear to be clean Housekeeping was a crap shoot. They didn't clean our room one day for no reason and the front desk didn't offer any explanations or reasonings. There was construction going on sporadically and we woke to loud banging early in the morning. The room is shabby at best. I unfortunately walked on the floor in bare feet and my feet were black which was disgusting. The coffee was never disposed of in the coffee maker. Parts of the sink were coming off. The lone little shelf in the shower was busted. The shower drained extremely slowly and the shower curtain does nothing to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor which didn't appear to be clean. The only positive is the free breakfast included which was pretty good. The hours of the breakfast seem to change on the regular so be aware and maybe ask the front desk before assuming. Besides that there are really no positives. The pool was closed. The area isn't great.

It was not a great experience. The room smelled of mildew and the bathroom shower curtain did not reach the bottom, so the floor would flood which leads me to believe that is why the carpet was wet in our room upon our arrival. We had to purchase our own towels due to them being smelly and rough. The lady that checked us is was nice a staff was nice but could not understand or believe that the carpet was wet and mildew smell. The swimming pool was green and not fit for use. The gym they advertised is also not able to use either. It was not my best experience, and I do travel a lot. I do expect compensation for my inconveniences.

It was a nice and quiet area. There is a Waffle House walking distance of the establishment. Quite convenient.

My stay was great. Breakfast was really good, happy to see there was turkey and chicken offered! That was a nice surprise. When I first arrived I was a bit wary because the person at the front was not at all friendly. No one wants to arrive at a hotel where they'd be staying to be greeted by someone who gave one word answers in a gruff manner. Happy to say that everyone else at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. That goes a long way when you're far away from home - guests want to feel safe.
