「Overall, I had a good stay at Guilin Yangshuo West Street City Center Atour Hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, with West Street and the pedestrian area just a short walk away. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the excellent service provided by the staff. The reception team was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast selection was very good, and the breakfast staff were attentive and welcoming. I was also impressed by the laundry facilities and service. Having my laundry washed and delivered back to my room the next morning was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The lobby is beautifully designed and gives the hotel a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was difficult to regulate, often making the room either too cold or too warm. Although I informed the hotel staff about the problem, the issue was unfortunately not resolved during my stay. In addition, there was occasionally a noticeable cigarette smell in the hallway, which affected the overall experience. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made for an enjoyable stay.」

「看到網上評分5分才選的酒店，但是住了一晚有點失望。民宿好的地方是價格便宜不到一張一晚的價格，離西街也比較近，步行十來分鐘吧，而且停車免費，民宿巷子對面進去50米就是一個很大的停車場。白天的前台也很熱情，提前跟店裡溝通可以選樓層。但是也有不好的，首先最沒法忍受的是八樓的發電機的振動聲，我選了7樓，是可以看到景，但是沒想到晚上八樓的電機頻繁振動，沒睡好！還有就是房間有點舊了，電視屏幕是有問題的，馬桶是鬆動的，洗浴間沒有置物架，連洗髮水沐浴露都衹能放在地上。最後就是店裡有個小狗，放養在一樓，我家人怕狗，所以這對我們來説是個缺點！房間圖片跟店裡官方圖片差不多我就不提供了。」

「Newly renovated hotel. Very family friendly with a play gym at lobby. Great for families as they have these rooms that include a large bed and a double bed. They also have great amenities in room and laundry on site. It was also very walkable to west street within 10 minutes and centrally located. Hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.」

「The hotel is suitable for families with kids as the rooms are decorated with kids themes and there is playground lobby. It is clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfasts is limited and Chinese style which is not suitable for international tourists but you can go out for nearby restaurants or other hotel with international breakfast. It’s location is near to west street. Overall it was great stay enjoyed by all my family」
