「Super na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨」

「Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel around an hour after the stated check-in time, my room was not yet ready, so I had to wait while it was quickly cleaned. The staff were incredibly kind and genuinely apologetic, but it wasn’t an ideal start after travelling. The room itself was very clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. The location is good — close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to avoid nightlife noise at night. However, the roosters next door may wake light sleepers early in the morning. There were a few issues during the night: the electricity went off twice, and while I’m not sure if this is common, it was disruptive. The fridge is clear and lights up, which meant the small room stayed brighter than expected at night. Overall, it wasn’t the best stay due to these issues, but I would consider returning purely because of the staff. They were outstanding — extremely helpful, friendly and willing to do anything to make guests comfortable.」

Le personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, toujours prêt à nous aider, que ce soit pour l’hôtel ou pour organiser notre transport. 「The hotel was alright, clean and we had our own bathroom but the room was so small we were barely moving. The staff was really helpful, kind and greeting us whenever they see us. The location was not good especially if you had a bike, to get to our house we had to take a beach road and at night the ocean cover the road so you can’t go and the only way to get there is to take a really dangerous road. I would rate my stay as a 6.5/10」
