退房時等半天前台也沒有人，趕時間去機場衹能在前台的房卡盒裡“drop key”，但到機場後收到結賬扣款短訊，竟然收了近20美金一晚的停車費，可我們明明沒有開車去啊！而且在辦理入住手續的時候也確認了我們沒有開車、不需要使用停車場。之後多次致電酒店得到的永遠是扯皮，説要轉其他部門確認，然後就沒有然後了… 這竟然是萬豪的服務品質嗎？！差評！！！ 服務：差！亂收費！

酒店位置比較方便，對面新開了cosmoc，附近步行就有shopping mall和餐廳，也比較新。 服務員都比較熱情。

가족 여행으로 방문했었는데, 신축 호텔이어서 시설이 매우 쾌적했고, 주차도 무료로 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다만, 호텔 주변이 공사 중이어서 조금 어수선했던 점, 아침에 투숙객에 비해 토스터기나 와플 메이커 수가 부족해서 대기가 길었던 것이 아쉬웠습니다.

Beautiful clean property. Easy check in. Friendly service. Great location near mall and Costco and many other things. Will defiantly return.

Staff were all super friendly and greeted us every time we walked in and out. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Very clean and in a quiet area across from a costco which was nice. The only downside was the bed, i felt EVERY spring anyway i lay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. They often forget to make sure there’s soap in the bathroom, I’ve found hair in the shower and it’s been unclean. Also, I’ve had to change rooms after checking in at least twice because of heater issues and lack of cleanliness. The most disappointing part of this stay was house keeping knocked on our door at 9:15am after we requested a late check out!

Ruth was very welcoming and kind as we arrived at 1AM after a long drive. She even gave our 1 year old a balloon which was very kind. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely make this our stay the next time we are in the area

I wanted to like this place so I could recommend to others visiting the area;however, it was mediocre. The only advantage is that this is a newish hotel, so everything seemd in nice condition. Give it a couple more years and I'm sure conditions will be worse. The shower stall door open to the inside. The shower knob was behind the shower door and the shower head on the opposite side. You are forced to walk all the way in, turn on the water, and get sprayed by cold water. There is no way to avoid this. The QUEEN size beds are actually FULL size. The AC/ fan is sooooooo loud. Light bulbs were out on some of the lamps. The layput of the room was not used effectively. The closet was huge which seemed to be a waste of space. The TV was too far for one of the beds to even see.

Very very nice place! Staff friendly, couch in room, decent breakfast, and electric car charging available.

The only reason I don't give 5 starts to cleanliness is because we found some trash under the sofa bed, also the breakfast included with the stay is not the greatest.
