房間很大,設施很新,但是沒有吹風機也沒有沐浴露這些都沒有提前告知,而且價格比平日裏竟然漲價1000,漲到了1300多,這也是我不能理解的,然後也沒有前台服務,房間還算安全,不過地理位置很偏附近沒有吃的

What a super place to base our stay in Newcastle. The room was perfect for.our needs. Clean, tidy and well kitted out. The bed was comfy, the room was warm, the shower was hot. All.in all we had no complaints. The owners were in constant contact with us to ensure all out needs were met.

Ten of us stayed here for a special birthday in November 2023. It was the most unorganised place I’ve ever stayed in on arrival we were only allowed 1 room and we had booked 3 we contacted the the apar**ent and the guy we spoke to was the rudest man I’ve ever spoke to not helpful at all.Eventually we got our rooms but didn’t make it to the brunch we had organised for this special occasion. The code for the door didn’t work either so stood outside on 3 occasions and couldn’t get in.I would strongly advise not to stay at this place.

Do not book. I booked this property in august for myself and 2 other people. Upon arrival we rang the number given, we were told the apar**ent would ring us back within the hour. This went on from 11am-11pm, with us ringing over 40 times. No one rang us back and we were told the same thing each time we rang. We had no access to the property leaving us with no where to stay. When ringing *********** they told us the property had double booked. We rang again and were told we were ‘no shows’ whilst we were stood outside the property. We have rang *********** for months to try and get a refund but as the property said we never shown up they won’t refund us.

Booked this apar**ent back in August. We were on the phone from 11am-11pm trying to check in. Kept getting told the same thing that they would ring us back to check us in which never happened. I spent my entire day ringing back and forth to an office being told they couldn’t do anything as they had to get the property to contact us. Completely ruined our day out as we were having to ring back and forth to be told the same thing and worrying we would have no place to stay. Left stranded in Newcastle with no place to stay, so had to pay extortionate taxi fees for an hours trip home and my friend had to travel back the next day to get her car from outside this property. We rang *********** none stop over 2 months and they told us they were waiting for the property to get back to them as they were being ignored and the property are now refusing to refund us. Absolutely shocking, don’t stay here unless you want to lose your money.

What a horrible experience so dirty and manager is horrible, wouldnt listen to me on the phone and is so unprofessional. Place was so dirty and they scammed us for more money before our arrival. Definitely my worst stay ever!!

The communication on whatsapp was top notch. But the place look so much bigger on the pictures. The quality of the beds is the bare minimum. At least everyone slept well, but expectations need to be set when booking this property.

Will never book with this company again. Terrible organisation, terrible communication and terrible support service! We booked this apar**ent in the city centre specifically because it was in an ideal location and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We were told that someone would contact us in the morning with the check in details, but no one did. When we arrived at the apar**ent at the check in time, we still had not been provided with any check in details so we were stranded outside. When we tried calling the contact number several times, there was no answer. After 45 minutes we finally got in touch with someone who was quite abrupt and unhelpful. She said that there was a problem with our accommodation so we had been “upgraded” to another place which we were told was a 10 minute walk away. We were then stood for another 45 minutes waiting for them to send over the address of the new place, when we called to ask for an update, our calls were being declined. When we were finally sent the new address after 2.5 hours of waiting, we discovered it was actually on the outskirts, a 46 minute walk from our original accommodation. We ended up having to buy a Metro card to commute to and from the city and were refused any reimbursement for the cost of the tickets as we had a “complimentary upgrade” which we did not ask for. When we arrived at the “upgraded” accommodation, we were disappointed to find that both lamps in the front bedroom did not work, the lamp in the rear bedroom also did not work, the toilet was leaking and the toilet seat was loose, and to top it off there were lipstick stains on the wine glasses and several cigarette butts in the garden. We are appalled with the service we’ve received and having looked at other reviews, it seems we are certainly not the first people who have experienced this!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not use this company! Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Terrible, unhelpful staff and highly unprofessional. Booked this months in advance for a friends birthday, travelled all the way from Cardiff. We arrived at the accommodation and we couldn’t get in as the code they gave us to get in THE NIGHT BEFORE we arrived, was wrong! We were stuck outside in the cold for 2 and a half hours, do not know the area at all so couldn’t go anywhere else, trying to call the phone number they provided but could not get through to anyone. When finally answered, they were extremely rude and unhelpful and then proceeded to tell us we were not actually staying there anymore as there are issues with the accommodation! We then had to wait even longer for them to find us somewhere else to stay as they didn’t even have anywhere else sorted for us. The communication was terrible and if it wasn’t for us reaching out we would never have known. The “upgraded” accommodation we were then given, was a 46 minute walk away (outside of the centre) which is where we wanted to stay due to bookings we had nearby. We then had to spend money for metro tickets to get in and out of the centre due to being moved further away. When complaining about this on the phone and telling them how unhappy we were and wanted some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, we were told that they accommodated us by upgrading our room which was out of our hands, and that our booking was non-refundable. The lady kept hanging up on us when calling and was extremely unhelpful. I would never recommend anyone to stay here and ever use this company! Awful and draining experience and also very worrying due to possibly having nowhere to stay, especially being so far away from home. No contact with anyone since and no compensation.. This company needs shutting down!
