很舒適地理位置很好 鄰近falls incline railway 不到三分鐘直達大瀑布 而且價錢親民包括早餐 雖然早餐一般 但是很高性價比 工作人員禮貌友善

What makes a difference, for me, is the staff. Most hotels more or less offer the same sort of rooms. The staff here was wonderful. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and efficient. I will return.

If I was a manage I would have the pool and hot tub serviced at night and open from 7:am to 10:pm sitar my guests could enjoy the pool in the mornings before they leave, especially if coming to relax. Not being able to relax for half a day is not why they booked at the hotel. Everyone we talked to on our stay felt the same way. Thank you for listening

The hotel room was clean. There is definitely some wear, as it's an older hotel. Check in was quick and efficient however lacked some friendliness from the staff. Our room was ready right away. There is only one elevator to service all the guests and the staff which isn't ideal at all. The elevator ostrich looked a bit beaten up. The pool was nice. Simple, but warm. You could see the wear of the age of the property, but we enjoyed it. There were plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Bath products were provided, but in the morning we called down for some extra, we both have long hair and needed more, no one answered. We called both housekeeping and front desk a total of 8 times, no one answered. We went down for breakfast, it was included. There was a good set up, but quite unfriendly staff. There was no hello, just a curt "what's your room number". We helped ourselves to the buffet. The food was good, as expected for a smaller hotel. The two staff attending to the buffet only attended to the food area. All the guests cleared all of their own plates and dishes. That wasn't ideal either. We went back up to the room, as it was 9:25, we wanted to relax a bit before heading out. When we did leave at 10:45, there were two housekeepers just standing in the hallway waiting for us to leave the room. It was very uncomfortable. Overall, we were impressed with the cleanliness but not impressed at all by the service and friendliness.... Our lack of.

This hotel has a mixture of Good and bad. I will start with the good. The breakfast was good, liked the variety of offerings. The indoor pool was nice, but we were unable to enjoy the hot tub due to timing. The staff were great and friendly to all. The hotel itself roomwise was nice. Also, the closeness to the falls was a good addition. Also, the price was amazing; we got a good deal. Now for the bad. The TV had 2-3 channels that were decent to watch. The other channels were fuzzy or unavailable. The area around the hotel was dirty and had a lot of people yelling. Unless you were on the 6-8 floors, good luck seeing the falls. Also, the fans in the rooms are quite noisy, so unless that is something you are good with, I would look elsewhere for a better night's rest.

This was our second time staying here. Our first stay last year was great. Not so much this time. After check-in discovered our room was immediately beside the elevator. I asked for another room but was told- that it was not doable and that it would be quiet from 10:00 pm on. It definitely was not - people talking very loudly waiting for the elevator all night right in front of our door. But worse was that the outside door and stairs were also beside us - people were coming and going all night outside under our window smoking and talking loudly all night! They should move the smoking ash tray to the end of the walkway and away from the rooms. I did get any sleep at all. When I mentioned to the gal at check out - she said she would tell the manager. I hope she did as that room should not even be available for paying guests. It’s 10 steps from the front desk - room 210.
