1. To my utter surprise most staffs in a Marriott hotel do not understand English.
2. I booked through trip and as per the booking confirmation if I pay at the hotel I can get gift of breakfast coupon which the checkin counter staff neither understood nor gave . He charged me for two breakfast.
3. I was greeted by a live dead roach at the entrance .
4. The hotel does not provide basic amenities like moisturiser or comb which is most common in any hotel in china, even the cheapest one.
