The hotel was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My only problem with Trip.com they don’t pay the hotel. This is the second time I used the website and it was an issue where the hotel charged my credit card for the night I stayed when I had already paid thru Trip.com. So I’m in the process of trying to get a refund. I will not be using Trip.com for future trips. I will book directly thru the hotel site. One more thing the hotel site was cheaper than Trip.com

Awful customer services. They advertise on Trip.com that they have an airport shuttle, when they in fact do NOT. Trying to cancel/refund for this mis-advertisement will result in a denial even if you ask for the refund only minutes after booking.

The receptionist Amasra I might spelled wrong was very helpful, she guided us with our payment and made check in easy and accessible . I had a good experience here at this hotel, the staff was welcoming and kind. Rooms were very modern and clean. I had a good time staying here, I will plan on visiting again when I do some back into town!

Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the room was terribly misrepresented. The photos are NOT AT ALL what was received. We had to ask for a refrigerator, none of the televisions worked initially, and the available dishes were limited with no way to clean them after use. It was as if they took a single room and just added an open room to it and called it a suite. The young lady at the desk during the day was extremely helpful and polite, but the man at the front desk in the evening was rude and uninterested in helping at all. Once they replaced the TV and brought in a larger refrigerator it was more suitable for 4 people and we made it work but overall the hotel seemed unprepared and some staff was unwilling to even offer help. Again, the photos DO NOT represent what you're getting if you pay for a suite.

The manager was not friendly at all but his staff helped where they could. Main problem with that hotel was that the rooms were connected indoors from one room to the other by a door. All what was between you and your neighbours was not a wall as per usual but only a door !! As you can imagine you could hear everything from any neighbour next to you which did not give you privacy.at all.. and on top you could not open any windows and all that for 250 USd a night. Really not nice.
