チェックインもかなり遅くまで待ってくれて、スタッフもとても親切でした。ベッドの横にゴミが山積みになっていて、部屋は一度も掃除されませんでした。立地は最高で、料金を考えると十分満足です。

すごくうるさかった。2泊したけど全然眠れなかった。まるで溝にネギが落ちているようなひどい臭いがした。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていた。

この場所はホラー映画から抜け出してきたような場所で、ここには 20 分しかいませんでしたが、別の宿泊場所を探さなければなりませんでした。バスルームの床一面に濡れた漂白剤が撒き散らされ、トイレと壁は汚く、カーペットには足の爪がいくつも残っていて、まるで壁が紙でできているようでした。中に入るとカーペットの下に穴が開いていて、危うく足首をひねりそうになりました。場所全体が不潔で、私たちに売りつけられた内容とは全く違っていました。写真は支払った金額に見合うものではありませんでした。まったくの虚偽広告です! ベッドはフレームに収まりきりませんでした。要するに、ノッティンガムで最悪のホテルに泊まりたい、外も中も汚くて遊園地の奇妙な家にいるような気分になりたいなら、ここはあなたにぴったりのホテルです!!!受付の男性は非常に失礼で、上から目線でした。私たちが恐怖を訴えると、「別の部屋を用意することはできますが、返金はできません」とだけ言ってニヤリと笑いました。明らかにこの宿が詐欺だと分かっているようで、返金について尋ねたところ、ニヤリと笑いました。残念ながら返金はされないと思いますが、宣伝されているものと売られているものが違うので、返金してもらえるよう全力を尽くすつもりです。ここはホテルではなく、汚くて汚くて荒れ果てた恐ろしい家で、人々の汚物や足の爪が無料で含まれ、いたるところに汚物があります。 ここは絶対に予約しないでください。どこよりも良いはずです。出発時に乗ったタクシーの運転手でさえ、ここはノッティンガムで最悪の場所の一つとして知られており、無料で泊まることはないと言っていました。 30年間の人生で、これほど衝撃を受け、恐怖を感じたことはありません。ここは閉鎖されるべきです。この場所に関する肯定的なレビューは、ゴミ捨て場で寝ることに慣れている人にしか聞こえません。どんな犠牲を払ってでもここは避けるべきです！でも、もし麻薬の巣窟が欲しければ、ぜひ訪れてみてください。あまりにも衝撃的だったので、写真は数枚しかありません。他の人にもどんな犠牲を払ってでもここを避けてほしいので、この投稿をできる限りあらゆる場所に投稿します。

The room was absolutly disgusting. Rat poo on the floor in the room. I found a pair of dirty knickers a **** dvd and hydrochloride tablets. Holes in the table also burnt. Shower did not work. And the smell was horrific.

Some of the staff were being very strict in their rules even though we had already checked in earlier that day. Nonetheless, the rooms were nice and cozy

No room cleaning service, although we stay 3 nights. Hang the cleaning services but no one respond.

I was not impressed by the service received here. Most of the staff were okay but the continental breakfast was a bowl of cereal and they did not even provide me with a bowl. The area is not nice at all but tram stop into town is close by so you can escape easily. Tram service was good most days.

Room is clean and totally hygenic even staff is very frindly.

Interesting heritage building, outstanding service by staff. Full English Breakfast was the best

The room was dingy with mold, missing a curtain, not clean and just bad. I didn’t care because I wasn’t going to be there overnight but the place is lacking in the hospitality department.

Location is great , but service can be improved. I put do not disturb and when came back to my room realised that it was serviced even though the was a tag on the door.

Filthy. Shabby. Stuffy smelly room. Resembled a hostel or shelter. Nothing like described or pictures on the site. Inhabitable. I was unable to stay! Requested a refund and had no response. Utterly disgusting and the worse place I have been to.

The hotel it’s self was really nice however the location was not great, without getting an uber or having a car it’s really far from the city centre

Nice clean room and friendly reception staff,could have more in the way of coffee and not just tea. But still a good stay.
