Our stay was 2 nights. We had no hot water. A huge part of staying at a hotel is the convenience of a shower. We had no hot water and when I checked at the desk there have been plenty of complaints. I understand that an issue like that takes time to be resolved, but I would think that the hotel would compensate us in someway For the inconvenience . So far I have heard nothing in response to our issue. Service to your customers has to be number one.
