This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed! The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the underground station. A trip to Frankfurt Airport costs only €6 or €8 per way, and the hotel is a few meters from the station. The area is surrounded by plenty of fast food spots and shops, making it a super convenient and strategic location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is always smiling and eager to help. While breakfast was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, it's excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking to spend a couple of nights away from Frankfurt’s busy center. Plus, you can easily get to downtown Frankfurt in no time using the underground.
Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.
Not anymore the hotel it used to be. The restaurant only offered one dish per course, very primitive. As I left my room just before noon , when I got back at 23h I found out that my room was never made, so they just sent new towels basically. In the morning I complained at the reception and all I had in response was “oh, I am sorry”, I even got charged for the garage because I was told that the “person in charge” was not there to help. It is more like an airport hotel now, with buses of oriental people coming and going . Very poor performance by Sheraton
This mail I wrote to the management of IBIS Offenbach Date: Sa., 12. Feb. 2022 at 21:04 hrs, but did ( till today 24 APR 2022 ) never get an answer, it seems that they do not care about customer feedback! So I feel free to post it here at Tripadvisor. Dear Ibis management, I feel totally cheated!! I booked this reservation exclusively because of the “included breakfast” ( as shown on the Accor website ). Realizing that the Hotel reservations for the weekend are low, you just simply close the facilities such as breakfast, reception service, welcome drink etc in order to become a phantom hotel. The main reasons why Accor customers are coming to the group, is just because of the professionalism.. Now, I feel treated worse than in a Youth hostel, in the JH Frankfurt/ Sachsenhausen they are still able ( even during the hottest pandemic period ) to keep the reception open and serving a daily 7/7 breakfast. A multi national group such as Accor should be able too! Usually, I go to the Ibis style Mosel Straße Frankfurt, they operate professional an fair. This means, due to lack of bookings they just closed the hotel for JAN/FEB 2022 complete. So there is no cheating of customers, no business no customers no disappointments! Tomorrow is Sunday and really difficult here in Offenbach, this industry area to find bakery locations etc. Why didn't you inform the customers about the partly closed Hotel accommodation and the cancellation of the breakfast. This could have been explained in your personal mail in order to give the chance/ option to the customer to change the Hotel location on time. Now it’s really misleading towards customers and it’s not worthy to be a part of the Accor group. At least, with a “little good will” a breakfast box could have been provided ( as last year ). There are so many options to solve such a case. I do not accept this kind of arrangement, that’s why I did not sign the documents in my room, I’m not ready to pay the full amount ( as mentioned I feel mislead and cheated ). I’m waiting for your answer and a new room rate calculation/compensation. I do hope for your understanding. Best regards.
Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid
This was my third time at the Delta hotel and first time after 3 years. The stay was good but there were signs that the service level has somewhat decreased from before. The Delta hotel still has great value for location, nice and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and efficient service. However, there were many details missing and rooms have shown signs of wear and tear like stained carpet, worn sofa surfaces. For starters, got the keys of the Moxy hotel. Housekeeping missed to clean our room one day. Noone responded to my texts and requests on the app and I tried to call the hotel to notify about our delayed arrivals and noone picked up. After checkout, I’m still waiting for my folio and they only credited 1 out of 2 nights to my Bonvoy account. To their credit, the on-site requests were handled promptly. Fortunately the small misses did not affect our stay overall. In the end we did have a good stay and got a good value compared to other Marriott options in town.
