The hotel applied an extra charge on my credit card 3 days after checkout. When I contacted the hotel to ask what the charge was for the front desk could not advise what the charge was for. The front desk could not find the extra charge on my credit card.
I asked that the manager call me the following day to address the issue with me, After three business days with no contact from the manager, I telephoned the manager directly and left a message with all the details I had regarding the extra charge and asking that individual to contact me directly. The manager has never responded to my message.
Finally I resorted to disputing the charge with Master card who have addressed the issue with the hotel.
The room was very plain for the money paid, there was no extra blanket in the room and only two paper cups for the coffee maker.
I will not stay at this hotel again.
