ラディソン ホテル リエージュ シティ センター(Radisson Hotel Liege City Centre)

We stayed one night at Radisson Liege. The hotel looks fairly new. Our room although small, was very clean, soundproof and well decorated. The bed and air con were good. The view out the back was not so good. Breakfast was very good. There is a parking under the hotel, but it is owned and operated by a neighboring hotel, so this parking is not accessible. We were directed to use the underground parking at the iLot shopping center 450 meters distance from the hotel (see map I attached) This proved to be quite a chore as we had quite a bit of luggage to drag through the streets and the iLot shopping center parking entrances can be challenging to locate. When checking out on Sunday, the parking entrance we used on Saturday was closed, so I spent a lot of time trying to find how to access the parking. The Radisson hotel provides a discount coupon for parking. When I inserted my parking ticket into the machine, the machine failed and kept my ticket. It took about 45 minutes of calling the hotel and the hotel calling parking management to allow me to exit my rental car from the parking. I can't imagine how this parking arrangement will work in really bad weather like heavy rain or a snowstorm. When I finally got my rental car out of the garage, I had to return to the hotel to retrieve my luggage. 1.5 hours to properly checkout mainly because of this poor parking situation.

Guests don’t have complete control over the environmental control system, front desk changes your room temperature at the toggle between heat and A/C at their discretion. Lack of shower curtain makes the shower experience unpleasant and floods the dry area of the restroom. Un friendly staff and unpleasant neighborhood. Hotel management only care about profit not guest experience.

L'hotel rispetta i buoni standard della catena Radisson. Apprezzata la posizione perchè si trova in una zona intermedia fra il centro storico intorno alla Cattedrale di St. Paul e la piazza St. Lambert e i quartieri settentrionali, con i tanti localini vicino alla scalinata della Montagne de Beuren. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni parcheggi piuttosto costosi. Le stanze sono di buone dimensioni, bagni nuovi. La colazione è abbastanza ricca con propensione al salato; la relativa saletta non è in grado però di accogliere quando ci sono dei nutriti gruppi e si raccomanda in queste circostanze di incrementare il personale di sala.

Les chambres sont très belles, la déco est très réussie. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Les lits sont confortables. La douche magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est perfectible, mais correct. L'endroit est très central et calme. Parking facile

Top Lage und auch Ausstattung, kleine Abzüge für ein nicht vollständig gereinigten Boden im Bad (Blutfleck auf dem Boden), ansonsten aber offensichtlich sehr sauber, Parken und die damit verbundenen Fehlinformationen hinterlassen einen faden Beigeschmack, Parken in der Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel 48 Stunden=100 €, Tipp unbedingt vorher abfragen oder sich um Alternativen kümmern.

Nous avons logé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il n’est pas mal situe., à 5-7 minutes à pieds du cœur de la ville. Les chambres sont jolies, modernes, confortables et très propre ! Par beau temps, les chambre avec petites terrasses sont un vrai plus. Salle de bain bien équipée. Lepetit-déjeuner est très bon et très complet. Beaucoup de produits bio. Le personnel est gentil et disponible. Pour se garer, l’hôtel a un accord à un tarif particulier avec un parking à 200 m. C’est mieux que dans la rue où un parking à ciel ouvert. Nous nous réjouissons d’y revenir !

Beste, jammer genoeg hebben wij een niet zo fijne recensie op ons verblijf in jullie hotel. Het onthaal was top, daar valt helemaal niets op te zeggen! de kamer daarentegen, deze was echt niet 100% netjes. Vooral de badkamer, deze was oppervlakkig gepoetst. Spatten op het vuilbakje, een dikke laag stof op de toiletrolhouder en de plinten. Spiegels waren niet proper, nog strepen en vlekken aanwezig. Het doucheglas kon ook beter en de vloer plakte. De kamer was op zich proper, het beddengoed was clean en het bed netjes opgemaakt. Het extra bed voor ons dochtertje had wel een harde matras maar op zich oké. En dan het ontbijt, 40€/persoon, dat is heel veel geld voor enkele niet uitgebakken boterkoekjes, een fruitsap en wat eieren. we waren voor dat geld beter elders in de stad een lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt gaan eten. Jammer van deze ervaring!

It was very good. Just that the receptionist made several miscalculations on the amount i had to pay both during check in and checkout. The receptionist was nice to handle my request for one day extension. They also helped alot with the many taxi requests that i made at their level.

This hotel is located very close to the city center so easy to walk around and explore. It was a wonderful place to stay with the Christmas Market running and so much to see and do.
