Good value for money. Manage your expectations. It's an inexpensive, clean, proper hotel. The hotel has recently been refurbished. Looks modern. We did see some "imperfections" in room 421 such as a broken window and the shower door improperly installed (glass slamming onto glass). Beds are comfy (no bedbugs to report). Breakfast is ok (bagels, muffins, and yoghurt). Parking is free. Did we have cockroaches? No. But since the doorgaps are significant, possible. Value: +++++ Quality: ++++ Luxury: ++ Overall: ++++ Would I recommend it. Yes, if you want something proper on a budget.

So I show up to check in at 11pm and out of nowhere (no advance notice) they tell me that they’re renovating and need to send me to a cheaper hotel down the street. I have to provide my own Uber transportation to this alternate hotel which is not within walking distance of the convention center, and find the new hotel to be smelly, noisy and very unclean. The carpets and sofa were stained, I could hear traffic from outside and arguments next door, and the water in my room would not heat. I checked out the following day because it was intolerable but best western would not refund me for the second night I had booked. I normally can put up with a lot, but this was just unacceptable behavior. Ended up switching to the Rosen inn down the street which was not only cheaper, but cleaner, very walkable and staff were very accommodating. If you are considering the is best western I would highly recommend this other hotel instead

The rooms did not include a microwave and the common area microwave was broken. We asked the staff if they could microwave some food for us during breakfast and they refused.

The breakfast that was included with the room wasn't spectacular, but it did the job, was super convenient, and was a great option if you wanted to save some money.

It was so nice! The staff and the service was so good. The room was very nice and clean. And the brakefast was so good!

EXCELLENT 5-day stay. Clean room, quiet, pleasant staff, better than average breakfast, no BS parking fee, good location.

It was good stayed with my family but it was little space for bathroom. Very close to go the Universal Studio. Thanks for service.

It’s a little older property but well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff are great.

An older but recently refurbished hotel. Very good price for the area. Very good dining options in walking distance.
