Everything was awesome. All the employees were very friendly and kind. The place is very clean and organized. The breakfast was delicious. Also, the pillows are the flueffiest I have ever had at a hotel. The place and neighborhood is very nice and quiet.
I booked my stay near the end of March for the second week of July. Nothing posted on the website stated that it was a non-refundable room. I sent the hotel an email June 10 requesting that they cancel my reservation. Nobody ever responded to that email. I called their front desk to cancel the reservation. I was told that it would be cancelled. However, nobody ever sent me written confirmation of the cancellation. Despite the fact that nobody from their hotel ever contacted me about my booking status, I was told it was cancelled and I never showed up to check in, my credit card was charged $445.27--the full cost of my stay. The first time I called about it, I was told that it was charged because it is a non-refundable room. I asked to speak with a manager. On three separate phone calls asking for the manager, he was never there. On one of those calls, I was told that the manager is never physically at the hotel. On one call, I was told that my reservation was successfully cancelled. On another call, I was told that my booked room was refundable. However, they said that I was required to contact the third party website, SynXis, to be refunded. How can a third party website charge a credit card and/or issue refunds to that card in the name of the primary vendor? Even if SynXis can issue this refund, it should be the primary vendor's job to reach out to the third party to do this, not the customer. I was offered a phone number to contact the manager which was a busy signal when I called. This hotel put me through a constant runaround with nobody in the company taking any accountability for charging me the full cost for a stay I did not make. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing at this hotel. It is inefficient, poorly managed and with horrible customer service. The entire operation is an incompetent money grab/grub. I will never again offer this hotel my business and encourage everybody else to do the same. The low cost of the stay is not worth the headaches involved. Please do not book with this hotel--ever. You will regret it.

A simple hotel perfect as a base, a room to crash to after a busy day at the nearby parks.. Literally a few easy minutes to Disney Parks, Celebration, Old Town, international drive or the i4 for Universal, Outlet Malls etc etc... Rooms are spotlessly clean, hot water, massive comfortable beds, evan a small pool area to relax by that didn't feel busy and a basic but filling breakfast... perfect as a crash pad with free.. easy parking. Only thing we'd add is ask for the quiet side if you struggle with road noise we didn't and no issues but some say it's a pain.. loved our stay.
ゲゲストSolid place to stay. Very quiet and off the beaten path with a wealth of amenities. The staff were kind. However, check in takes too long and I wasn’t informed of the $150 deposit. I was told it may take up to 30 days to return. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re nice. My light didn’t work but there were several lamps. There’s a dollar tree and family dollar across the street but not much else within walking distance. Good if you have a car or maybe with friends as the amenities are robust.
