Comfort Inn

I call this morning for early check in, I am told yes no problèm. I get there, it is a problem and I need to pay a 78$ fee. Mind you, this is a 2 star hotel. It’s empty and room was ready. After a couple hours I get a call from the front desk that I have complaints concerning noise. I mention that I am alone in my room and was the entire Time. Finally I am ask to leave. Will never stay there again. Do not recommend at all.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the toilet, hair on the floor and on the tap. Also there were poo particles in the toilet.

Handy location for our weekend visit. Easy access to highway, restaurants and St. Laurent Mall. Very friendly staff.

It was run down, old. No elevator. The key card wouldn't work in my door, I had to go to the front desk twice before they came and fixed the actual lock on the door. The door was jammed and made a banging sound when it closed or opened. It wouldn't close or open without being forced.

Very noisy motel. Neighbours were very loud and disrespectful for others.

1st night there had a bunch of guest, drinking, yelling and fighting in the parking lot below us. Other nights were better but not what we’re used to.

Stayed at this location for the first time. Most of the receptions staff and also cleaning staff are so humble and respectful. The check in and check out process was easy. The rooms have all the amenities and are well priced. Plenty of parking. Great accessibility. Great buffet breakfast. 24x7 coffee and tea were much appreciated as I work late at night and it was so convenient. Will definitely stay here again!

Great bfast. Front staff friendly and efficient. Two level building. It’s very quiet and central. Good beds and walk in shower

I was skeptical at first but the quietest hotel and super staff and hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise for the price.
