「ホテルは立地が非常に良く、設備も完備していますが、フロントデスクのサービスは十分ではありません。 Ctrip.comで予約しました。チェックインを担当したフロント係が、なぜ私の注文を確認する必要はないと言ったのか分かりません。私は 3 人用の部屋と 1 人用の部屋を 2 つ予約したので、それを区別する必要があることを強調しました。彼女は、私が部屋タイプのアップグレードを依頼するまでは私の注文を確認する必要はないと依然として言いました。」

「ホテルは少し古く、エレベーターはゆっくりです。
それから予約したとき、彼はそれがスタンダードルームだと言ったが、チェックインしたとき、彼は彼らがこのように手配したと言ってスタンダードルームを直接割り当てた。他のすべては大丈夫です、周りにコスコがあり、テイクアウト中華料理があり、とても便利です。」

「Room was clean and comfortable. There was a pull out couch in the room that was convenient to use and comfortable as well. Parking in the hotel underground parking lot is NOT included. It was another expense on top of the price for the room. I would of like to see it be included or less than $15.」

SSIU FUNG CALVIN部屋には冷蔵庫と電子レンジを備えた広とした客室で、ソフトドリンクをすばやく冷やすための製氷機があります。施設は新しく、素晴らしい状態です。良い場所は、道路で15分、オタワまで車でわずか30分でアウトレットモールに簡単にアクセスできるもう1つの素晴らしいポイントです。

BBarryWRoom cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd.
We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers..
A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out.
In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

LLivyC75私たちはここでの滞在を完全に楽しんだ-私たちが無料で好ましいコーナールームにアップグレードされたので、部屋は広としていました。チェックイン時にホテルにはWiFiの問題がありましたが、受付のトッドは非常に役に立ち、チェックインできるのを待っている間、近くの食べ物について推奨してくれました。場所自体は中心部にあり、市場に近いですが、この地域にとどまる傾向がある精神的健康、ホームレス、中毒の問題に苦しんでいる人がかなりいます。しかし、ホテルのセキュリティは素晴らしいです。ジムは素晴らしい景色を望む真新しいです。ホテルのプールとサウナ、ランドリー施設があります。ホテルのスタッフはいつもとても親切で親切で、滞在中に余分な水などの小さなタッチで快適に過ごせました。部屋の快適さ、景色、そして信じられないほどフレンドリーなサービスに基づいて、再びここに滞在することをお勧めします。

The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese!
The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels).
Toilet was big and had all the amenities.
Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, …
They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves.
Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

JJudyfanFor my first time staying overnight at Ottawa, I booked a hotel room for one night at Lord Elgin. Upon arriving early at the hotel, I was provided with a room before my check-in time - which was very appreciated. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. However, little did we know, our room on the 7th floor was connected to another room with adjoining doors. We were unable to sleep through the night as the room had little to no sound isolation from the connecting room, in which a baby was crying all night. I am baffled as to how we were able to hear every single noise: coughing and sneezing from the parents in the other room, their toilet flushing and the baby crying throughout the entire night. We were unable to sleep comfortably and woke up with splitting headaches. I booked this hotel to be the closest possible to the Rideau Canal Skateway, but I will have to find another hotel the next time.

AAlicia York-Bird私はGlöから受け取ったよりも多くのことを期待していました。私はGlöをカップルの休暇のための「トリート」として選びました。それは新しいホテルであり、通常の料金よりもスナッジierのように見えたからです。
長所:バスルームはとても素敵で、無料のトイレタリーは一流です。部屋はとてもきれいです。マットレスはとても快適で、テレビはまともなサイズでした。
欠点: 部屋は信じられないほど小さく、家具は素晴らしく、小さな「ソファ」シートは機能よりもフォーム(つまり、快適よりもきれい)でした。フロントデスクのスタッフは、部屋のテレビの操作方法など、基本的なホスピタリティの必需品について非常に新しく、無知に見えました。また、テレビの操作方法に関するフロントデスクからの回答にも時間がかかり、問題は解決されませんでした。
私はおそらくここに再び滞在することも、私が知っている誰にもこのホテルをお勧めしません。なぜなら、カナタには、より良く、より知識豊富なサービスとより良い価格を提供するホテルがたくさんあるからです。

DDavinia CalvoEl hotel está bien situado. Cama gigante, nevera y microondas en la habitación, una TV grande.. en el baño hay crema corporal, champú y suavizante para el pelo, sin embargo no hay gel, solo 2 pastillas de jabón de manos en la pila.
El desayuno según vi en las fotos era mejor que lo que hay ahora. Nos dieron una bolsa de papel con un yogur, un zumo, una magdalena y allí mismo hay unas cafeteras, pero tienes que llevártelo al cuarto.
Eché en falta una manta auxiliar.
