Es un hotelito muy sencillito, limpio, pero muy venido a menos, poco conservado. De tofos modos cama cómida y buena calefacción. No da buena impresión su recepción, no huele bien... Destaco sí la amabilidad de todo el personal. Bien ubicado y con parking, eso vale.

The hotel was perfect for us as we were travelling around Northern Spain in our campervan and parking in Ourense isn't easy to find in the city and several hotels the parking was not on site and reviews said parking was tight for a car so we would have struggled with our van. The Exe parking was great with plenty of space, there was a lovely outdoor pool area (although we didn't use it as only there for 24 hours). It was easy to get into town from a bus stop a 3 minute walk away opposite the Meson bar/cafe at the junction on the road to the hotel and was 85c each adult each way. The hotel itself is a little dated and basic, not the 5* it says it is but was clean and the beds were comfy and the room had a tv and fridge plus a hairdryer and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The staff were welcoming on arrival. Do not be put off by the location as the bus was easy and cheap and the hotel is not fancy in any way but if you are there to sightsee in Ourense and the room is for showering and sleeping in don't hesitate to book.

Sitio estupendo, mucha amabilidad, a pesar de la hora a la que llegamos no nos pusieron pegas. Todo muy limpio y el menú riquísimo. Muy pendientes de la comodidad de los comensales y muy muy eficaces.

He viajado con el Inserso y destaco la amabilidad del personal del restaurante, balneario y recepción . Comidas aceptables, habitaciones bien y un buen entorno. Maria, la encargada del Imserso muy amable Solo una cosa como critica constructiva y de facil solucion, faltan tumbonas en la piscina exterior y las hay en el baleario sin que nadie las utiliza nada mas que para dejar las toallas .

ゲゲストBarcelo Ourense is a lovely property with spacious rooms and centrally located. Their staff was especially helpful with questions and assistance both prior to our stay and during. I needed to arrange transportation to Miguel Gonzalez and Melissa was prompt and got me what my group needed. Do make reservations at MG and Nova. Both wonderful restaurants.

Stayed for several nights recently and found the room to be comfortable, clean and reasonably quiet. My room was on the second floor at the front of the hotel. There was little in the way of disturbance from people outside at night but there was some from street cleaning about 2AM on a few nights. The room was a stereotypical Spanish hotel with dated brown furniture. Plenty of cupboard space but to use the top shelves you would have to be over 7 feet tall. The bed was comfortable enough but they do only provide the bolster type pillows which for me are too soft. The bathroom was bright enough but the bath was a little odd as it didn't have any taps only a powerful shower. Basic toiletries were provided. The bar is closed and there is no restaurant - not what you want when you've just spent 15 hours travelling. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby though. So rather than operating as a hotel it's a glorified BnB. Which leads me on to breakfast. The basic breakfast is simply a couple of rolls with ham and cheese filling along with a croissant and a pain au chocolat. This is all pre wrapped in clingfilm. There is fresh fruit provided and they are happy to add to that with chopped banana and kiwi fruits. There was an option for tostadas but I didn't get offered this. Would be much improved by offering a breakfast buffet. Wifi worked well in my room and was good enough for work and watching some TV. The TV itself has limited channels and none that I noticed were in English. The biggest bugbear at this hotel is parking. As is common in Spain this hotel has an underground car park. It's on 3 levels. The first level is easy but only has a couple of spaces for the hotel. The second level is OK but the third level is really tight to get into and I put two nasty scrapes on my car trying to get down to this level. DONT TAKE A BIG CAR TO THIS HOTEL. Overall it's all right but don't say you weren't warned.

ゲゲストHotel situado cerca del casco antiguo de Ourense, con 20 habitaciones, y donde la amabilidad en el equipo de recepción es de 10. El compañero que nos atendio por la mañana, muy atento nos indicó con mapas donde comer aqui y en carballiño (para comer pulpo), pues acertó en todos los lugares que nos recomendó. Nos indicó que visitar de Ourense, ya dije un chico de 10 en amabilidad y atención al público. La habitacion muy silenciosa estaba en la 4 planta solo hay dos, es espaciosa, con terraza, la bañera es un jacuzzi con lo que fenomenal. La cama son dos camas juntas, y duras muy bien Tiene un armario pequeño y una burra para colgar la ropa, en total 7 perchas.(alguna mas creo que es necesaria) El unico inconveniente es la poca luz en el baño, por el resto fenomenal. El spa siendo un hotel pequeño pues tiene de todo cosa que otros hoteles mas grandes y con mas categoria no lo tienen asi de bien acondicionado. Tiene parking pero puedes aparcar cerca del hotel. Un hotel que aconsejaria sin dudarlo.

プリンセスでオレンセで数日間過ごしました。スタッフは親切で、私たちの部屋はとても素敵でした。ホテルは少し古いですが、それでも家具、ベッド、バスはすべて大丈夫でした。朝食は大丈夫で、毎日新鮮な果物がありました(朝食の時間は限られていましたが)。便利なダウンタウンに位置しています。
