ハンプトン イン ヘンダーソン(Hampton Inn Henderson-I-85)

Bathroom needs total replacement. Tub had some type of sand sprayed on it for traction. Was very hard on feet in shower. The tub faucet was falling out of the wall. The hospitality crew were not friendly and were not interested in the guests. The Best staff was the housekeeping staff. They were friendly and went out of the way to help and tried to keep a rundown building looking clean and not as rundown as it is. This hotel needs a complete up grade. We have family in the area and stay in the area often. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The hotel is currently painting the rooms. The smell of paint is overwhelming in the floor hallway. Luckily the room did not smell from the painting. This hotel is a black eye for the hotel chain. We know, we will have to drive much further next time. However, it should be worth it to be at a better hotel chain next time.

The property was well suited for my needs as a travel. Property was clean and well kept and if I needed something done, the staff did it almost immediately.

Very clean room. Smooth checkin process. Overall very comfortable stay. Would use the hotel again. Presence of a small fridge and a microwave was an unexpected and welcomed surprise. Minor gripe, coffee machine would be better. Daily breakfast bar was more than adequate with tasty selections. The snack bar offered over priced options.

The carpet in the hall way, foyer needed vacuuming. The elevator had dirt in the corners of the floor and the doors needed fingerprints removed. The room seemed to be clean. The door to the room would not shut unless you pushed it shut.

Overall experience was good. Hotel wasn’t crowded and was very quiet. There were only two issues with my stay there. First was the bathtub had visible stains and hair still remaining in the tub. Second, was the lady that prepared the breakfast in the morning would get an attitude if you used more than one paper plate. As if she expect you to reuse the same paper plate. This behavior was exhibited towards myself and another guest as well.

Having the pleasure to stay here frequently because of business in the area, I remain entirely satisfied with its clean and quiet facilities and the very friendly staff!

Decent place with a decent breakfast. Staff is somewhat friendly. A few issue with inconsiderate people checking is noisy late. This is not something that the staff can control however.

Lady at front desk horrible attitude never will stay at a Hampton inn ever

The staff was pleasant; however, I called ahead to see if I could check in an hour early and was denied. The place was not filled to capacity and there was no reason to make me wait until 3pm. I was made to wait when they were clearly not filled to capacity. I also did not like the room either as it was for handicapped individuals so the shower was cramped with a bench inside. Water was shooting out the side of the sink faucet too. I will say the breakfast was good with waffles, bacon, and eggs.
