Hotel exceeded my expectations. Typical room in Europe, small and compact vs hotels in America. Awesome staff at front desk, very warm and helpful. Convenient parking behind hotel. Amazing breakfast, inexpensive but very valuable, waffle maker, hot eggs, bacon, cold cuts, drinks desserts and so much more. Great find. Lots of restauranrts near by and shopping center. Was there on business, but would return for family vacation
This hotel is very nice, big clean and the staff are very helpful. The location is 30 min walking distance from center padova, but also has convenient bus stop few min walk from the hotel that gets to all central places.

I spent one night at this hotel and I really liked it here. My room was spacious and clean, it was quiet here, no noise from the hallway. The breakfast was standard, there was a lot of fruit and pastries. Check in and check out was quick and staff friendly. Bonus: there was a huge supermarket right across the street.
The website was very deceiving. The building was very old, and needed a good overall on the outside. The grounds needed alot of care, I understand during that time of year it would not be up to par but it was neglected and we could not even explore the grounds because there was tape stopping us from walking around. Speaking of the grounds, it is not nestled in the middle of the forest or mountains. You are in the middle of a town with roads all around and traffic could be seen and hear from my window. I did not have a great view. Concerning the room, it was a shock. It was decorated in old style furniture not modern at all. The sitting area was just room enough to sit facing the closet because we could not turn the chair around because the door wouldn't open. We asked for a twin room and received a double bed. There are 2 guests but it doesn't mean we want to sleep in the same bed!! The only good thing was the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and I appreciated that. Double sinks were great. On the site it sates 3 restaurants are on the premise but please not one only opens in the summer months and another was closed. Which we were not informed off. If you want to eat in the restaurant you need to book in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. Another thing we were not told about. This comes to the reception area. The elderly gentleman was a snob. He did not greet us kindly , nor give us any information concerning our treatments we booked. He didn't tell us about the closed restaurant, nor that we needed a reservation. The only positive was that a young woman who worked there was very helpful with whatever questions we had. She also helped to find a reservation at another restaurant when we couldn't get a spot at the hotel. The treatments..... both pools were small and people didn't share the time between each activity. They would spend so much time at one thing and didn't care that people were waiting on line. The turkish bath could fit 4 people and my shower was warmer. The spa could hold 2 and it was very sad. No heat at all. I had a massage booked and a mud bath. I came away from the massage worst than when I entered and even though the mud bath seemed lovely and the polish lady who was in charge was so kind and lovely, I immediately became sick after it and spent the same day in bed with a stomach bug and vomiting. No, I did not enjoy this spa or thermal bath. I would never return. Definitely do not come with children, it is mostly elderly people and the young kids we saw were miserable.
I just arrived for the first time at this lovely hotel. I was greeted warmly with a smile by Andrea and offered a choice of two different rooms. Tomaso brought everything up before I could blink and deposited it in my room. Upon learning I needed something to keep from falling in the bath he immediately brought not one but two bath mats. The dinner was abundant and so flavorful. The choice of salads alone would have sufficed but as there were four courses I dutifully had each one! The sea bream was fresh and heavenly, served with attentive care by Alice. What I also noticed is that the restaurant was full of mostly Italians. Its always a good sign when there are a lot of local guests. Everyone looked happy and comfortable. And this is still low season! In the morning I met the lovely Samanta, with whom I had corresponded to book the room. She is smiling, knowledgeable and speaks a beautiful English. I asked to have a pool view room and she worked very hard to accommodate me. Then I met Victoria, the lovely Spa coordinator, who listened to me explain in my not so perfect Italian about all my aches and pains. She then introduced Maximilian, who is so knowledgeable about the body I immediately knew he would be the best massage therapist. Then suddenly it was time for lunch, with more gorgeous salads, and eggplant parmesan served with flourish by the handsome young waiter. I haven't yet used the pool, but it must be like everything else in the Hotel Antoniano: Warm, inviting, and caressing you with a gentle welcome. Come and be welcome. You won't regret it.

TTYKLThe photos of the hotel internally is nothing like it is now so don’t expect what you see. The staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Nothing detrimental on their behalf and our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.Aircon was ok but doesn’t go below 20 so I think the summer temperatures might have a struggle. However! The wellness centre is closed completely. The pool is closed. for private functions only . The bar closes early. Breakfast is …..well the reviews were not wrong. We tried the restaurant….when it was open ( closed during our visit more than once) set menu, costly and …..like the breakfast, lacking in quantity. The bar has no ambience and the chairs are boardroom style and uncomfortable. This is not our first BW hotel stay but it very nearly could be.
The Best Western Plus location was very close to all of the activities we had planned for our quick visit to Padova. The hotel is clean, modern, updated, with the convenience of breakfast served daily. Staff are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Great place for the money. Loved the restaurant at Giorgio, they make exceptional pizza. We spent all the time in the gym and later in the pool, where we met two great tip-tap-toe dancers from Frosinone. The only problem was that the neighbouring room complained for the banging at 3 am. But that was our fault, we admit, and we’re deeply sorry. Padova (Padua) is an amazing city, full of things, but a bit over the place. The main sight we suggest is the “Ponte de quatro martiri” where you can enjoy the sunset and the spiders hanging around. Also we suggest a day to Legnaro, the only thing is to beware incoming thunderstorms. The best thing about Padua though is the bus system, which is free and always on time. I’ve forgot to mention the beautiful Capela di Scovregni, where you can admire the masterpieces by Lionardo and Rafaello. We would also like to thank the staff for their exceptional service, summed by the motto: “NO”, which they told meant “of course”. The only complaint was when we asked for the access to the meeting room, to which they replied: “…cuesti a un cost”, which made us realise how tough life is for everyone
ゲゲストThe Hotel Europa is only a ten or twelve minute walk from the Padova railway station and is easy to find. The hotel is also only about a ten minute walk to the centre of the old town, with historical sites and shopping, restaurants and bars all being fairly close. Check-in was easy and despite being early by about twenty minutes, the receptionist gave me a room. A double room, it had an independent air-conditioning unit, a safe (which was unfortunately locked when I arrived), plenty plug points, a fridge with two bottles of water and a bathroom with very basic toiletries. The internet wifi worked alright. Rather strangely for a 4 star hotel however, there was no coffee machine/kettle in the room with instant coffee/tea etc. The room was clean and although not luxurious was comfortable enough. Breakfast was of the usual continental style but with the addition of bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs. A few rolls, breads, croissants, pastries, tarts as well as cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, choice of cereals, fruit juice and some fresh fruit. Sounds like a lot, but compared with other hotel breakfast buffets, it was actually quite meagre. No self-service coffee machine (probably a good thing!) but you could ask the staff for a cappucini or whatever. They didn’t actively ask if you wanted a coffee; you had to approach and ask them. Likewise when first entering the restaurant there was no ‘buongiorno” or “good morning”, just a rather sour faced woman asking for your room number. I did ask the receptionist if the safe in my room could be opened so as I could use it and was promised that somebody would come later to fix it but they never did. However having lost my phone charger, I also asked if I could borrow one and the receptionist went into a drawer and gave me one to use. Check-out was quick with another cheery guy at reception. Overall, a bit of a hit or a miss type of place. The receptionists were fine (other than not following up on my request regarding the room safe) but the attitude of the breakfast staff leaves a lot to be desired and I can’t understand a 4 star hotel not having a kettle in the room. At best an average hotel which seemed to me to be more of a 3 than a 4 star. I’ve actually stayed in several better 3 star hotels in Italy than this place. Significantly better!
