We stopped in Ranakpur as always in fathe Bagh here I ***** with my Argentinian group we had lunch here but this the food was delicious as we are having 10 days in india but here the food was best till today Chef Ganpat singh and his team made us very happy . Thank you so much

Excellent property with excellent staff and service. The food is tasty. When the hotel staff address you "Hukum" it gives a royal feeling. An outdoor private jacuzzi is an add vow factor with room no. 2 named Gajraj Mahal.Thanks HRH Fateh Bagh.

Our decision to stay 3 days at Ranakpur turned out to be a good one. The hotel has the right ambience, heritage feel with nice spacious rooms, courteous staff and a very helpful manager Akash. There is enough space to relax and soak in the sun. There is enough to do in Ranakpur, visit some of the nearing tourist places in addition to the local Jain temples and watch leopards. Overall we had a great time.

Have been staying in this property for quite some years during our visits to Ranakpur. During this visit, stay part was still comfortable but sorry to say that the restaurant experience was not upto the mark. They really need to work on it. Thanks to the team for enabling our group to do ‘garbas’ in the courtyard with beautiful ‘diva’ ambiance.

Worst service you could ever experience in a restaurant. The quality of food and service was below par. Manager was very rude. If we are ordering ALA CARTE so we are not allowed to see the buffet as well. Hospitality is all about service which you guys have no clue about. Nobody wants anything free, but if we paying for something it has to be upto the mark. Only good thing was couple of staff who were trying really hard specially Mr dinesh. Rooms are ok. AC is way below average. Never ever staying here.

Excellent service. Probably the best service we encountered during our month in India. The hotel and grounds are very charming. The rooms have a vintage feel and everything we needed. I notified the staff in the morning that we didn't have any hot water and it seemed like the entire staff stopped what they were doing to solve the issue - which they quickly did. Breakfast was old-world elegant and very generous. The food was fantastic. we felt like kings and queens. Looking forward to coming back someday. The hotel manager is doing a great job here. Well done!

Not 5 star Property. A bit expensive .Food and service are not up mark. Garden and pool maintained good. Delay in check in and check out process. Rooms are ok, not that much amenities. Limited indoor activity. Cool and calm for spending time.

We spent two nights and all I can say this hotel is amazing, the staff were outstanding and had the best food. I would highly recommend the Lao Maas and definitely go for the Indian breakfast. The chef is a geniuses when it comes to balancing the spices. Reception to the waiting staff were all fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and gardens well kept. I can’t remember the barman name but hats off to you, you really looked after us and made our stay one of the best experience in India. Thank you to all the staff for making such a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for a two night stay.
