My room was dirty. Ceiling fan looked like it would fall off the ceiling. Shower curtain had a bunch of stains on it. The microwave had not been cleaned, the people before me cooked something cheesy in it. The bathroom faucet was disgusting, brushed teeth in the kitchen sink. Everything was just run down and dirty. Literally getting what you pay for. But it is right on the beach, but the beach loungers were broke down and uncomfortable and they never had clean towels available. Wishing I could attach photos.

Our room was a studio type apartment. The room smelled like Raid bug spray (although my daughter did not notice the smell) or chemicals of some sort. The dishwasher had standing brown water ...which I think is the origin of the smell. The bed was comfy and the views were pretty. The breakfast was very basic (bread, yogurt and instant oatmeal). The room was ok for sleeping, but I would not recommend it if you plan to relax in the room.

Pictures posted of property are very deceiving. Bathroom wasn’t fully stocked. It was only a half of roll of toilet paper, not enough towels. Had to go get things ourselves from the office.

This time. We stayed in a double king suite in the old building. It was beautiful! The living room was twice the size of our room a week ago. We would stay in the area again.also the desk help was wonderfully. The evening shift is lacking knowledge and manners.

Our apt was lovely but strange items missing no soap dish no toothbrush holder not enough towels, I used to rent an apt every year for many years, and the staff was constantly available, Now the breakfast lady Isabelle is fabulous, but everyone else is barely there we asked for more hangars never arrived, couldn't get the tv to work no-one came, still love it hope to be there next year again

We had a large apartment with an exceptional view. However, many things were in poor condition. Amenities were no existent. Staff was friendly.

It was far from the photos. Old. Dirty. Only 2 towels. Minimal furniture. No phones in the room. Shades broken. Was looks ng forward to staying there. But would never go back.

Location is nice and in beach . Rm 510 is in need of maintenance and poorly equipped . 4 glasses, 2 bowls?? No trash can..trickle of water in bathroom sink . Tub and shower need cleaning and caulking .many ceilings paint chipping .. nice pool outside but things are run down . But.,, for being on ocean drive $300 night I’m ok, with the place , but should be better equipped for people looking to cook, eat , etc…

Older property mostly refurbished with excellent location and awesome access to the beach.
