Modern, clean, well located hotel, about 20 mins walk from the Cathedral. Rooms not large, but quite acceptable. Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Cafe food adequate at other times. Lots of locals eat and drink here. Very friendly staff. Waiters and waitresses very attentive, efficient, friendly and obliging. Decent gym. In the unlikely event I were to return to Mallorca, I’d be very happy to stay here.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The room was well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and a hair dryer. The beds were comfy and we particularly enjoyed the window seat. The roof terrace was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious - the Mallorcan ensaimadas were particularly tasty. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We had an early flight booked back home and the chef prepared us breakfast to take away. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Highly recommend this hotel - it ticked all the boxes. Easy walk into the centre, close to bus and train connections, clean, modern hotel with all the facilities you need in a city. We enjoyed the gym, sauna, plunge pools and roof terrace. Our room was great and breakfast was delicious, good choices and nice to have table service rather than a buffet Thank you!

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, walk from the square and port. Staff very helpful, yummy breakfast. Nice local bar across the road and shop on the corner. Pool a bit small and not much sun loungers but what was there was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The Tripadvisor description of this hotel is spot on. We have just returned from a 6 day stay at the JS Palma Plaza and cannot fault it. ALL the staff (including cleaners, reception, bar & restaurant) were professional, friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has great facilities including gym,sauna, rooftop pool and terrace and lovely cafe/restaurant, mini fridge in room. Breakfast was fabulous and we ate in the hotel several nights due to the good quality and value of the food. The location is ideal for walking to the old town, shops and top attractions such as the cathedral, markets and harbour. Highly recommend.

A great hotel, very modern & friendly. It's about 10 min walk from city centre, but in a great neighbourhood with lots of good & affordable bars & cafes. Also 5 min walk from airport bus stop. Staff were professional & welcoming. Room was compact, my only negative would be there is not much room to chill out in room. But you're in a great city, so not a big deal. Bathroom is beautiful, very stylish & Rituals toiletries were a wee treat. We had breakfast every day (part of deal). A continental breakfast, was quite bread & egg heavy, served at table. Lots of choice of egg, bread & other breakfast goods. Has a nice roof terrace with small pool. It was too chilly when we visited (early March) to sun bath, but was nice to sit & read & enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a city break in Palma & would return if in city again.
