ラ コスタ ホテル ゴルフ＆ビーチ リゾート(La Costa Hotel Golf & Beach Resort)

We have been many times to La Costa, but this visit was the first in 4 years because of Covid. We were not disappointed. It was as good ,perhaps even better than our previous holidays. Staff very welcoming and efficient, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is immaculately maintained and our room (junior suite ), very spacious with very comfortable beds. Excellent choice at breakfast which is served from 0730, perfect for our golf times at the adjoining Pals course. The course itself is in first class condition especially the greens. The clubhouse is very relaxing and ideal for lunch. The hotel’s beach restaurant is also a great choice for lunch. Dining in the evening , overlooking the beautiful pool, was a pleasure. We would recommend La Costa as a good base for exploring the surrounding countryside and picturesque villages, with a beautiful beach and dunes on its doorstep. We are looking forward to return visit.

Staff were rude from check in, dinner service poor on the first night. Pool is great. Customer service is absolutely appalling. Hotel is still living in the 90s. Definitely wouldn't bother with it again.

A great time in one of the most beautiful parts of Cataluña, Spain!!! Incredible time with our family; exceptional to go with kids, swimming pool incredible, food better, and such a beautiful golf! The hotel service friendly and very kind !!! We will repeat for sure

It is a run down hotel. The price of the room (€ 338,- per night) suggests that you will arrive in a luxurious hotel, but it is not worth the 4 stars that are on the building. Room and bathroom are old. Airconditioning is very noisy. Staff at reception have only eyes for their computer in the back room and do not notice guests waiting. They give no information when checking in about the hotel restaurants etc. 4 out of 5 days housekeeping came after 4 pm !!!!, while we were out of the room everyday by 10.30am. Ridiculous!! Sun beds at the pool are very old and worn out. Some of the staff are friendly, but a lot of them are annoyed by the guests. The only positive thing is the golf course. Good course and friendly staff. We will definitely not return.

Excellent beach resort. We stayed for 6 nights in June 2022.Very polite and helpful staff. I was concerned about visiting unfamiliar place but there was always someone ready to help and answer all questions. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Beautiful view toward the pool area from our balcony. They have different size pools including a very shallow one which was perfect for our 18 mo old daughter. She enjoyed playing in the water very much. As other people mentioned the breakfast buffet is nice. Overall the Resort is well managed. Quiet. People are extremely polite. Speaking about both staff and visitors. We had enjoyable stay and will definitely visit again. The Resort is situated in the middle of Costa Brava and easy access to all interesting places. So rent a car and explore.

If you're a young family with small kids, this is the place for you. They will love the pool area. If you're a more mature traveler that expects comfort and service, you will be frustrated. Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. The breakfast buffet was good.

Pour un hotel 4 etoiles, on s attend a etre mieux accueillie ! Jamais personne a l accueil, que des receptionnistes que l'on apercoit derriere des vitres de bureaux... Pour la restauration, alors qu il faisait tres froid ( du 22 au 26 avril 2024 ), obligation de sortir dehors matin et soir pour se servir ! Il y a de tres belles salles de restaurants pourtant ! C est dommage car cet etablissement possede un magnifique cadre avec piscine, belles chambres, et acces a la mer en traversant la route. La proximite des golfes est un atout egalement. J espere qu on tiendra compte de mes propos pour ameliorer la qualite de vos prestations. Monique Durand

Arrivée pas de chauffage en mars Nous ont mis une couverture sur le lit et chauffage d’appoint Super pour un 5 étoiles Et à 21h panne de courant dans la chambre Nous ont proposé d’annuler la réservation et partir, super à 21h30 de rechercher un autre hôtel Plainte également de nos voisins de chambre et la réceptionniste nous ment en nous disant qu’ils n’avaient pas d’autres plaintes A fuir
