Hotel Pappan Plaza

Room condition was not good. All walls were full of moisture and surface was peeling off. Bad smell was there.

Such a terrible experience with bathroom and room service. As i have 2 days stay i picked one room, and i found flush and geezer not working. Next day i changed room and found that jet, shower and geezer mot working. Call for room service no one came. In this rate this is not expected, please improve your services. This is my corporate booking and i'll never suggest this hotel. To my colleague.

Very poor room service and very bad room furniture and interior and celining

Unhygienic, poor maintenance, no proper service, bad maintenance of the toilets, rooms are full smell with toilet

This hotel don’t have hospitality, i think this hotel use for marriage and functions not safe for stay

Room was totally untidy. Hygiene was not maintained. Doormats were so dirty. No

i took it as a pit stop while Traveling from Chandigarh to Hyderabad. i wanted to sleep and get rested. this place was uncleaned even after paying more just for a night's stay. the whole place was managed by a watchman at night who was arguing and saying this is what is offered and can not anything. AC was there but not working. since it was nonrefundable had no choice.

The rooms charged for drinking water and there was no phone to connect for order. Not a single bar of soap was provided with room hand wash not working. The checkout took more than 1. 5 hours and the hotel is clearly not capable for providing service with the charges being taken. Not satisfied at all. Worst experience ever.

Located in prime area of city, close to many requirement
