The hotel’s location is so good. Metro station 3 minutes walk and only 20 minute walk to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop. Staff friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. It was small though. Would have been fine for two people but it was myself and my 2 adult children - wish we had booked a four person room and paid a little extra as with the extra bed in the double room there was zero floor space left for our belongings/suitcases. All in all a good stay. Le Camelia across the road had a lovely breakfast and we had a fab dinner and we’ll-priced cocktails at ZigZag Cafe 100m down the road.
Kleines Touristenhotel mit rund 25 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt in 2 Min. Fussweg zur U-Bahnstation Pernety, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind jedoch sehr klein. In unserem Zimmer hatte es kaum eine Ablagefläche, geschweige denn einen richtigen Schrank. Rund um das Bett 30 - 80 cm, das wars… Die Dusche war ok; für die Duschkabine darf man aber keine Platzangst haben. Eine enge Treppe führt in die Obergeschosse; der Lift ist ebenfalls klein. Der grösste Mangel im Hotel ist aber der Frühstücksraum. Für eine solche Anzahl Hotelzimmer nur 22 Sitzplätze -> das genügt einfach nicht. Es kann nicht sein, dass man morgens um 8.30 Uhr zum Frühstück will und dann fast eine Stunde in der Hotel-Lobby warten muss. Das Frühstück selber ist relativ spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal dürfte auch freundlicher und kompetenter sein, angefangen bei Receptionspersonal bis hin zur Bedienung im Frühstücksraum. Alles in allem kann man dort bei einem Städtetrip übernachten - bedingungslos empfehlenswert, na ja….

Marriott Hotels are always professional, friendly & top of its class. We had good time. It was a conference and too many people were attending so that the breakfast arrangement was not as usual. It was lacking, it was understandable though. Other than that everything was great, location vise it was a little farther to city, however there were enough action going on and it was good experience I have never been that area, I got to know there as well;-)
A Very good choice, close to metro, extremely kind and willing staff even if not all spoke English. Very nice hotel and clean, very careful details. Good quality breakfast although not a very wide variety. It also has a play area for children over 6-7 years old.
I checked into this hotel on March 17th. On March 18th I left the hotel at 11:50 noon. I was the only one in the quadruple room when I left. Other tenants have checked out. I am also confirming that my 20-inch suitcase is locked. And double locked in the 30-inch luggage. And the laptop is locked in the iron cabinet provided by the hotel, and the lock is double-checked. before leaving the room. PM 18:40 I return to the hotel. After charging in the lobby on the first floor, return to the second floor at 19:40 PM. When I opened the door with a magnetic card, I found that the 20-inch suitcase was taken out of the 30-inch suitcase. Both pieces of luggage had been vandalized open and things were missing. The lock on the iron cabinet was also damaged, and the laptop inside was not taken away. I immediately went downstairs to inform the hotel counter and asked her to come upstairs with me. Those who want to stay, please take care of your own property safety and be mentally prepared''The hotel manager will not be very active in dealing with it'' But on the night of the incident, the lady at the counter was really friendly and eager to help. 我3月17日入住這個飯店。 3月18日我中午11:50 離開飯店。 離開時四人房裡只有我一個人。其他房客已退房。 也在確認自己20吋行李箱鎖好。並且雙重鎖在30吋行李箱內。 而筆電鎖在飯店提供的鐵櫃裡,也雙重確認上了鎖頭。才離開房間。 下午PM 18:40 我回到飯店。先在一樓大廳充電完 PM 19:40分回到2樓。 用磁卡打開門時,發現20吋行李箱從30吋行李箱裡被拿出來。 兩件行李都已被破壞打開並遺失東西。 鐵櫃上的鎖頭也被破壞,裡面筆電也不被拿走。 我立即下樓告知飯店櫃台,並請她跟我上樓看。 後來飯店人員請我去警察局。我趕快到了警察局,警察局人員請我再回到飯店先致電17。他們會照程序。 回到飯店後,晚上 PM 22:50 我打了電話到17。晚上 PM 23:09 警察人員就到飯店了解現場。 當晚到場的其中一個警察跟我們說,上週這間飯店的305號房也發生房內竊盜案。 3月19日 AM 11:00 有警察到飯店房間拍照並再詢問後,他們請我過來警察局報案。 一直到等到3月21日上午經理Michael GIROD上班,他態度不是很好,也沒有道歉。只說會告知保險公司。 想要住的人請小心自身財產安全及有心理準備‘’飯店經理不會很積極的處理‘’ 但是事發當晚,櫃台小姐真的很友善且熱心幫忙。

2023年に改装されたリベルテル カナル サン マルタンは、パリで宿泊予定のお客様に非常にお勧めです。当施設から東駅まで約1km、ル・ブルジェ空港まで約18km、移動に便利です。最寄の主要公共交通機関はジョレス駅で、当施設から200mです。Plantes Pour Tous - RépubliqueやLe Comptoir General、Eurostarなど、周辺で多くの観光名所をお楽しみいただけます。館内の様々な施設で、有意義にお過ごしいただけます。このホテルは、カップルに特に好評です。
AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
