WORST EXPERIENCE EVEER !!! Tha most RACIEST situation i have ever faced by BETGHIEM. He kicked us out just for praying even though we are guests at the hotel and just checked out he said your not a costumer any more and not allowed to use the utilities !!! And were making others un comfortable while praying even though no one was there NONE!!! how is even possible to face a situation like this in this time the least thing is to accept others religions. Franciessca was nice and so helpful. I have visited paris for 8 times and for my first time i have experienced something like this!!!!!The silence of the hotel shows that they are accepting this RACISM and the guest to be treated like this. Please think twice before choosing this hotel.

Betgham “ the receptionist” is RACIST and rude!!!! We checked in with Francisca “the lady receptionist “ she was so nice and respectful. However, when we checked out Betgham and the other guy try to charge us for FREE WATER!!!! and they tried to manipulate us in paying for free water! When we came back to take our luggages we went to the gym (where nobody was there as it was empty and the lights are dimmed) he came all the way to the gym to be rude and disrespectful saying the we can’t pray here cause there might be guest come to the gym!!! Note that the gym is empty! I tried to explain that he need to respect and be quiet while my friend is praying but he said we are not guests anymore and we need to get out now, as he tried to cut my friend pray!!! I am so disgusted by betgham and the way he was so rude and disrespectful!!!!! Also, he did not allow us to use the toilet in the lobby even though we are guests!!!!!

The staff was so rude and racist especially (betghim), he did not allow us to use the toilets in the lobby although we were guests, he did not allow us to pray and said we cant pray in the hotel!!! Ive never met anyone as rude and racist. Frnsisca is the only nice person, she is so polite and welcoming. There is no doorman neither any staff except the recipients. They dont provide even water and they charge you for it!!

We were traveling for 5 weeks with a family of four and had four wonderful days in Paris. We lucked into this hotel and loved the location and authentic Paris decor. It was a super cute boutique hotel and the staff was very helpful. We loved the simple but elegant breakfast they provided - including custom omelets and fresh pastries. We stayed in the lower level suite and it was spacious with a separate bedroom, pullout sofa, and small patio. The bathroom was beautifully done with a bathtub after long days of walking all over Paris. We highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights in September in room described as a suite with terrace. Not the fault of the hotel (though they should have mentioned on booking) but serious renovations to the adjacent building meant no peaceful use of the terrace. Noise until well past 8pm. Breakfast offered was very limited and quality seemed to depend on who was in the kitchen that morning. Main issue was with the room descriptions online and the reality : Writing desk = 2 bedside cabinets Hardwood flooring = ageing carpet Bathtub = a shower Dual sinks = a single sink Mac mini with keyboard was nowhere to be seen Twice daily housekeeping was once a day, no turndown Room itself just about accommodated the bed, hardly a suite. Really not acceptable in a R&C property.

This hotel is 2 star, they don’t have maintenance to fix small problems or big. The shower was backed up in my 700.00$ suite and never resolved. Told the night before take a tub instead, Great idea let’s go back to tub days:( We showered across the hall. Yes in another room ! The next day right before check out. I would call that a hostel!!!! Management was busy dealing with other things apparently more important…. They just don’t care. Don’t stay here you will be disgusted. And definitely unsatisfied with accommodations.

The photos provided are from the common areas only. The rooms are not quite as luxuriously appointed. We had a top floor room, previously the attic. The room was simple, but relatively spacious. There was not really a seating area. The bathroom was beautiful and had heated marble floors. There was street noise in the morning from garbage trucks, but otherwise it seemed to be a quiet street.
