Great hotel, location and staff. I have never stopped in this area of Paris before or an Ibis hotel. I can honestly say the hotel building is beautiful and so close to the Metro. Yes the rooms are small but you will find it hard to find a good sized room in Paris. Evening reception staff were superb especially the member of staff from the US (sorry I can’t remember her name). Breakfast is plentiful and continental. Room was clean and the windows are sound proof.

Rooms are ridiculously small. Staff is friendly and the location is OK, but there was almost no room for even our suitcases except for on top of the bed or in the bathroom at night. I do like Montmartre but after two nights we got another hotel nearby even though we had prepaid for four nights.

I've stated at lots of ibis hotels and much prefer the 'styles' sub brand as they're usually smart and well appointed but this place is a poor standard even for an IBIS budget. The rooms are tiny and tatty. The walls are paper thin so we overheard everything in the adjoining room which included low level conversation and the TV. The windows don't seal so the road noise is also intrusive. I'm a good sleeper but i think I managed about 4 hours and I was using Earplugs!. Honestly don't stay there. The standard in Paris may be low but this is stooping too far.

I would not recommend this hotel, upon checking into the hotel we opened our room to a room that hadn’t been cleaned so then had to wait for a while because the hotel was fully booked and the staff couldn’t offer an alternative room. Once we got into the room on the top floor and opened a drink, ants were coming out of somewhere and infesting into any drink left by the side of the bed. The shower was rarely running at a warm temperature to shower in and was either boiling hot or freezing cold. The sink in the bathroom was completely blocked as soon as the water began to run and then was leaking out from the pipe underneath all over the floor. The breakfast area is too small to facilitate all guests in the morning which meant there were queues to sit down and eat some food to the point I was taking hot drinks and breakfast back to the room to eat just so I could sit down. The problem with such a small hotel that gets fully booked is that there is no room for the staff to move guests around but these issues should not be happening in what appears to be a modern hotel and needs to be addressed. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

Great location close to restaurants, Metro station, and the Montmatre sites. Small rooms, but great for families. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate and the hotel is clean. We had a great time with our family (2 parents, 3 teenagers, 1 kid) and would come back.
