Probably the most welcoming and comfortable hotel we have ever been lucky enough to stay in. Beautifully decorated, with an incredibly comfortable bed and the service from Christopher and his team is truly world class. The breakfasts are simply sublime, freshly baked croissants, the tastiest orange juice and great coffee. Highly recommend the Du Pond Special. The bed is so good we slept for over 9 hours undisturbed, and for being in a city, there is simply no noise in the room. A truly memorable experience with exquisite service!

Excellent little boutique hotel in the middle of Le Marais. Location can't be beat, in the middle of many shops and restaurants, and short 10-minute walk to the Metro/RER and Notre Dame Cathedral, and 25-minute walk to Louvre. We mainly interacted with three different staff members at the front desk, all were friendly and helpful. Welcome drink and snack were great touch. Room is small, to be expected by European standards, but the bathroom is surprisingly large. Overall would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Hotel Dupond-Smith was the perfect hotel for our very first visit to our Paris! Located on the heart of Les Marais it is just steps always from charming bars, restaurant and bakeries. Service was impeccable right from prior to our arrival to our departure, with our every need anticipated and accommodated. We loved the personalised touches such as delicious baked goods at reception and the hand written notes and treats left next to our bed. The amenities such as aromatherapy showers were delightful and the technology was also impressive (we had iPads in our room which we could communicate with Concierge on). While we did not have the room with the balcony there are windows that open in each spacious area in our room with amazing views over the court yard, and laneways. We truly felt at home in this beautiful bustling *****, and amongst the local Parisian life. On that not a very special thank you to Justine who looked after us throughout our stay and made our trip so memorable!

Not a 5 star hotel. Small rooms, no amenities. It’s basically 8 hotel rooms with a tiny lobby. Elevator broken entire stay. Quiet hotel, never saw another guest and only one person working at the lobby desk during our entire stay. Does have AC. Good location within walking distance to many areas.

This beautiful boutique hotel was a dream. The level of service by every single one of the team members was superb. They were so friendly, professional and genuinely kind. The suite we stayed in was perfect, spacious, and very well equipped. The location was amazing. Le Marais is a wonderful part of Paris but the corner where the hotel is located was the most charming of all Le Marais. I give this hotel 5 well deserved stars. When I return to Paris I will not look anywhere else to stay. Great job! Thank you for everything and making our time in Paris that much more pleasant.

I couldn't be happier about having chosen this hotel for our stay in Paris. Its location in Le Marais is perfection. This hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, is an easy 5 minute walk to the Hotel de Ville metro station, but it is just enough off the most crowded areas of Le Marais to allow you to have a quiet night's sleep. The hotel is modern, elegant, and very well taken care of. The room we got was spacious and beautiful complete with kitchenette and separate living and sleeping areas. There were 4 large windows that I loved to open to look down and see the locals walk by. Every single member of the staff went out of their way (literally) to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Sometimes they will leave you a thoughtful and personalized note in your room which for us caused an inevitable warm and fuzzy feeling inside. The breakfast was wonderful with options for everyone...they even managed to bring it up to our room extra-early on days where we had to get going before breakfast was officially being served. I can't say enough good things about the Dupond-Smith or the staff. Thank you Betty and your amazing hotel family for an unforgettable stay!

We've stayed in many Paris hotels and Dupond Smith is by far the very best we've experienced. Beautiful large room, well appointed. Seemed like a small apartment and not your typical cramped Paris hotel. The location in Le Marais was perfect. Very close to everything, but tucked away off the main streets to avoid the commotion. What stood out to us most, however, was the superb service we received from every staff member. During our stay, Christophe and Nicolas were especially kind, accommodating, and ready to help with any request. When we return to Paris, we won't even consider another hotel. Dupond Smith is our new Paris home away from home.

J'ai passé un délicieux moment dans ce joli hôtel intimiste où une adorable équipe nous a accueilli et accompagné de petites et grandes attentions durant tout notre séjour. Notre suite aux meubles design, aux couleurs franches nous a beaucoup plu. Nous avons pris un cocktail et goûté à presque tous biscuits apéritifs qui étaient dans notre chambre. Ensuite nous sommes allés dîner dans un restaurant conseillé par l'équipe qui s'est avéré une bonne adresse. J'ai aussi apprécié les soins Diptyque à disposition dans la sublime salle de bain, le champagne Deutz parfaitement glacé, un breakfast continental top, après une nuit dans un lit d'un confort royal. Bref un très bon moment. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit.
