オテル ドゥ フロール(Hotel de Flore - Montmartre)

What a fantastic hotel! The room was clean and well kept, the bed was quite firm but it was perfectly comfortable, infact we slept like babies! There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no fridge, however, being seasoned travellers, we brought our own little micro fridge so we could buy milk etc from the local shop and keep it chilled rather than using the little individual milks. The windows open to a street view which was perfectly pleasant and on the occasion it got too chilly in the room, the heating system soon warmed the room! The bathroom was a little on the small side but had everything we needed, the shower was delightful, great pressure and a large shower head on the flexi hose, with an even larger rainfall head above it! The front of house staff have all been wonderfully friendly, chatty, polite and helpful. The room servicing staff were also helpful, friendly and polite. We didn't have any meals at the hotel so I can't comment on that, but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, I'm sure the food would be excellent. This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel and it certainly won't be the last. The location has been perfect for us! Thank you to all at Hotel de Flore!

This is the perfect little hotel to stay in Montmartre. It’s close to lovely little restaurants and bistros and near to the Metro as well The staff were really helpful and polite and the rooms were spotless and clean, small rooms but no worries when you are out exploring most of the day I would definitely come back to this hotel for a city break again

I first stayed here 40 years ago as a kid, and decided to retrace my steps for a two day trip. It’s changed (the rickety old lift has been updated, mores the pity!) but it’s a fantastic place to stay. Its location is perfect for Montmartre with a metro station 200 yards away for everywhere else. The staff are lovely (the manager we dealt with has a fantastic sense of humour), the room was great and its superb value. Couldn’t have been better. Enjoy.

Fantastic location and excellent customer service. Rooms very clean and spacious (we had a double and a superior twin room) and a piping hot power shower in each. 24 hour reception cover and staff could not have been more helpful. The cleaning lady was super friendly too. Eurostar cancelled our return journey at the last minute due to strike action and the hotel staff allowed us to keep our bags there until much later than planned and called us a taxi at midnight to suit our alternate travel plans. We even learnt from a staff member that Guernsey ice cream is popular in Paris, has a world leading reputation and their cows are the best!!!! Very close to all the montmartre sights and Lamarck Caulaincourt is 100% the nearest and easiest metro, just a 6-7 min walk from the hotel. Lots of cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach of the hotel and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff. You are great!!

A great little hotel in Montmartre. It is away from the main hustle and bustle (a decent walk from the Sacre-Coeur) but this was a positive. Lots of shops around including an amazing boloungerie up the street and a supermarket down the street. Laundromat across the road was very handy. All in all - an excellent location and very close to the metro. The staff were very friendly on the desk. The room was small but functional. The shower was amazing. A wonderful stay in Paris and we would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was very convient for public transportation, Room s were good sized and well maintained. The front desk staff , both day and nite were very helpful with information, directions and places to eat.

Very comfy bed. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Super shower. Lots of channels on the tv. Soundproofing good though there was noise from room above on our second night. Great choices of quality forod for breakfast. Friendly folk on the reception desk,

This small but cosy hotel is well run and the staff charming. A little uncertain, safety wise at night in the locale and one has to ring the night bell to get in.However once in ,that adds to the safe feeling . Lovely area,so much to see and beautiful shops and places to eat.

Great little hotel.Well located to see real Parisian daily life or as a base to explore the rich cultural choices on your doorstep.Abesses , Sacre Coeur, The Pigalle with its raa y a d fun theatre life. Too many restaurants to mention good Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine across many areas in Paris. Excellent walking or choice of Taxi ,Buses or Metro all very close at hand. Super kindly staff. Only slight quibble and not in anyway the fault of the Hotel is the widely diffent prices on booking sites. Unfortunately I chose the Rugby world cup to visit my local family in Paris and paid a goood deal more than would be normal prices but I should have researrched beforehand,
