Ubicado a menos de dos cuadras de una estación del metro. Muchas opciones cercanas para comer, supermercados alrededor y farmacias. Las habitaciones estaban cómodas y el área en general está bien adecuada. El único tema a considerar es que alguna de las Torres de apartamentos no tienen elevadores y puede tener que subir 4 o más niveles con maletas por gradas pequeñas. Permitan dejar las maletas para regresar luego por ellas. Cuenta con lavadora que es útil para viajes largos.

We loved staying here! Amazing location with walking access to major attractions and metro access. Really appreciated having such a well equipped kitchen. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved the pdf they offer with nearby shops, restaurants, Paris highlights, and maps. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great location and a wonderful place to stay for the week. The apar**ent had everything needed for a great stay. Loved the local shops too.

We thoroughly enjoyed making this our "home base" for our trip to Paris. We booked a studio apar**ent. Clean and reasonably spacious (rooms in Europe, by and large, are a little small, sort of like New York). The family that owns and runs this place is friendly and helpful. The location (9th arrondissment) is really great. A metro station just around the corner will get you all over town. Very walkable, not a far walk from Mon**arte. This is a perfect place to situate oneself for a week or even longer on a visit to Paris. Very fun, vibrant neighborhood. The property provides a guide to local restaurants - take their recommendations. They know what they're talking about, and there are a lot of really crappy bistros and bars around that you want to avoid. Get reservations at Bistrot Rougement if you can. If you want to do your own shopping, nearby Rue Cadet has an entire block with boulangeries, patisseries, meat market, fish market, green grocer, traitteurs if you want to cook your own meal of just buy ready-made (delicious) food to dine in your room on. We loved this place.

The property was very nicely newly renovated. Clean and maintained, with an elevator. Had a stationary fan, but no air conditioning which is very common. Safe location, wifi, walking distance to everything (restaurants, grocery store, subway, pharmacy) we had a good stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Hotel manager or owner went above and beyond to helps us in every situation. We forgot one of the bag in the room on the day of checkout and had to call him for rescue. He dropped everything and came quickly. Very central location. Very secure. We had a blast and we will come back again.

Clean and well maintained property in a great location - walkable as well as around the corner from a metro stop (Grand Boulevards) in case you want to catch it. Multiple grocery stores, great bakeries and restaurants are all on the same block.

Very nice property in the great location for exploring Paris. Fairly basic 2br flat that worked well for family of 5. 4 storied of winding stairs with no elevator and no A/C for hot summer nights, but that's what you get for an old building in the middle of Paris...seems like an authentic Paris flat instead of a new airport/business hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

Location is amazing, a well kept building, check in was easy, they were very helpful when we couldn’t figure out the door lock, we loved the space. I would stay there again, no question.
