AAlqahtani Aliفندق جديد تم افتتاحه مؤخراً في 2024 كان تعاملهم بكل رقي كان عندي مناسبة ذكرى زواج تم عمل ترقية لنوع الغرفة.
الهدوء النظافة والقرب والمساحة كلها مميزات تخليك ترجع مرة ثانية للفندق.
شكرا لهم على تعاملهم اللطيف.

ゲゲストWe stayed there as family of three. The hotel is in the right place, the Centre of everything. The view from the top floor window opens up to both the gulf and Manama city.
If you love Sauna, steaming room and Jacuzzi they have it but not for kids under 16 years old.
And the last one and very important thing, the room was provided without bathrobes, only one towel, and not any toiletries. What a shame. It's not up to the standards you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Work on it please.

The room we stayed had old furniture but very clean and tidy plus lots of attention from room service team.
Will definitely stay here again.
Tooth brushes in the room would make our stay even more comfy but we brought ours so no probs.

SSamitchスタッフは時々少し混乱しているようでした。私は自分のプラグ用のコンバーターを頼んで例を見せたところ、延長コードを持ってきてくれました。氷を頼んだところ、1ドル払う必要があると言われ、同意しましたが、45分経っても届かず、ルームサービスに電話したにもかかわらず氷を注文していないと言われました。結局、1時間後に氷を無料で提供し、状況を改善してくれました。
このホテルはバーレーンにしては安くて良い場所です。部屋に関する唯一の不満は、喫煙か禁煙かを尋ねられたときに禁煙と言われたことです。私が泊まった階には禁煙のサインがありましたが、部屋に着くと灰皿が置いてあり、タバコの臭いがしました。

SsamiIt was one of the worst experience I have ever had what is your reservation? Was two nights. The first night water was leaking. I couldn’t sleep because of the dripping water sound and they change my room okay next day the leaking was from the toilet upstairs to my toilet it’s disgusting when I talk with them They offer me another room extra bigger room. I don’t care. It’s about disgusting stuff. I use the public toilet and I slipped that tonight in my room. It’s not pleasant tonight. It wasn’t pleasant weekend and even the balcony was fully of dove or bird ****

CChee Peng TayHousekeeping require request at reception, else it will not happen. Even if it does, it is done with changing of towels, no water replacement nor coffee replacement.
Swimming pool is out for maintenance without being informed until you reached the door.
Reception is friendly and helpful and the room is big and sufficient. Another plus point is the ease to the mall which is accessible via level 1 carpark.
Unfortunately had a very inconsiderate neighbour who blasted the music through out the day and night despite calling to security several times.
