私は旅行するたびにここに来ます、カスピ海はとても近く、とても快適で、部屋は設備が整っていて、フロントデスクは英語を話し、清潔で衛生的です、私はそれがとても好きです

Fiquei no hotel para uma viagem de trabalho. A localizacao e otima bem no meio do cambui com restaurantes, mercados e padarias proximos. Atendimento excepcional. Cafe da manha razoavel.

Tudo muito bom, inclusive o café da manhã. Porém esquecemos uma garrafa térmica no hall bem próximo a recepção e ao voltarmos para buscar havia sumido. A recepção informou que não viu nada.

Ótima localização. Bom atendimento. Café da manhã com opções que variam de um dia para outro, mas não tem variedade muito grande de opções.

Reasonable price but the amenities is poor. No kettle, no mineral water

The hotel is awesome considering the location and closeness to the airport, I chose it because I had an early morning flight, but it's too far from the center. Room is okay, some things are worn out, feels like there isn't much water pressure in the shower and it's not warm enough. Breakfast is amazing, but would love to see more vegetables and fruit choice. The only thing i'd like to complain about is service, hotel was pretty much empty when we stayed there, there was no welcoming bottles of water in the room, called the reception and asked to bring it over, they said they had ”no such service” and basically forced me to come downstairs myself... the next morning (as I ordered a taxi through the reception desk downstairs), I doubled checked with the lady, she confirmed that the taxi will arrive. Time has came, there's no cab, i'm fearing I will be late for my flight, went to her again, she didn't even bother checking if the driver is on the way or not and told me to wait. I decided to get an uber myself and was lucky to find a taxi at 6:20am in the morning. Also, it's upsetting to see them not even trying to speak english or other language to me. She was super stubborn and told me she can speak only Portuguese, on top of not making effort. Disappointing.

広々とした客室には、デスク、エアコン、遮光カーテンが備わり、とてもきれいに清掃されています。素晴らしいシャワーで、長い髪を洗うのも早くなりました。ホテルによってはシャワーからほとんど水が出ず（ポタポタ）、髪を洗うのに時間がかかるところもありますが、このホテルではそんなことはなく、とても速かったです。客室には火災センサーが設置されており、より安全です。朝食もとても美味しくて、おいしいタピオカとココナッツの「プリン」を試しました。フルーツ、ハム、*、さまざまな種類のパン、チーズパン、自家製カッテージチーズ、お菓子、ケーキなどがあります。多種多様。 レジャー部分に関しては、使用する時間もなかったので何も説明できません。

部屋の空気は非常に弱く、制御にはバックカバーがなく、バッテリーは1時間中オフで、外のサービスと環境は素晴らしいです。
