私はずっと上院議員学校のホテルで働いていました。
おそらく、流行の後、製品とサービスの質は新しい市場の現実を満たすために「忘れなければならない」。
サービスはいつもとても良いですが、私たちはいくつかの制限を経験しました。例えば、私たちのドアの朝7時30分に、サブテーブルの予約を拒否しました。予約テーブルに到着した後、私たちは監査人に電話するしかないです。明日のコーヒーの品質は2つ星ホテルに相当します。この日付で同じアパートを予約していない場合でも、2時間遅れのチェックインは拒否されます。
最後に、料金に適合するサービス品質で、ホテルがすでに持っている力を体験するもう一つの機会があることを願っています。

匿匿名ユーザーWe recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered!
Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun.
Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities.
Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool!
Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious.
Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

ゲゲストEl apart hotel tiene una excelente ubicación muy cerca de una zona de bares y restaurantes. Tiene muchos shopping cerca y a pocas cuadras de la orla de la Ciudad. Senti que era un lugar seguro. Muy buena atención de su personal. Muy limpio y bastante moderno. En su terraza hay una piscina desde se puede ver toda la ciudad. La habitación aunque estaba muy bien y tenía un colchón muy cómodo me quedo un poquito pequeña, aunque debo decir que yo ya sabia de que iba serlo por eleccion mía al reservar. El desayuno estuvo muy bien. Sin duda volveria a este lugar.

ゲゲスト第一次碰到，在攜程裏面付款預訂了，到達酒店竟然被告知沒有付款。這蹩腳的英語差點被難倒了，後面讓客服去溝通，也是積極溝通，等待了一個來小時。這麼大平台出現這種情況實在不應該。
