匿匿名ユーザーFantastic stay! The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were super friendly, and the location is great with lots of shops nearby. I loved the free perks—the tea break and supper were delicious, and the huge laundry room is free to use (you can even check availability on the room TV). Will definitely come back!

RRUETIMA宿泊施設は美しく、ドームテントとキャビンの両方があります。私たちはキャビンルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋から美しい夕日と日の出を眺めることができました。チェックインもスムーズで、スタッフが荷物をホテルの車まで運んでくれて、車内で待機させてくれたので、そこから部屋まで送ってもらいました。サービスはとても丁寧でした。今回宿泊した部屋は一番端の方だったので、遮るものがなく、とても美しい景色を眺めることができました。

良い
VVST親切でフレンドリーなスタッフ、特に親切な警備員の方々。ホテルのスタッフが、赛里木湖（サイラムレイク）への移動の手配を手伝ってくれました。
7人乗りの車で1人120元。入場券は143元で購入しました。運転手は午前10時から午後4時半まで湖を一周してくれました。また、湖の東門から伊寧行きのバスのチケットの予約も手伝ってくれました。
ホテルは博楽駅の近くにあります。駅からホテルまでのタクシー料金は7～10元で、10元を超えることはありません。
ホテルから市街地までは5元です。ホテルから近くの湖/公園（飲食店や娯楽施設が多数あり）までは12元です。
全体的に、ホテルの部屋は清潔で広々としています。バスルームとトイレには仕切りがありませんが、水圧は良好でした。
ホテルではフレッシュグレープジュースも提供しています。

ゲゲストホテルは観光地の中心からは少し離れていますが、車で5分程度の距離で、その分静かで落ち着けます。比較的新しいホテルで、部屋の設備も良く、広々としていてソファもあり、とても快適でした。朝食は種類が豊富で、レストランからも客室からも眺めが良いです。ホテルのカフェは特筆すべき点で、アフタヌーンティーやコーヒー、軽くお酒を飲むのにもぴったりです。スタッフの女性はとても親切で気が利いていて、提供されるものも美味しいです。予約したパッケージに、本格的なアフタヌーンティーが含まれていたのは嬉しい驚きでした。

SSanxiaoxiaoxiaomo部屋は素晴らしく、装飾はとても暖かいです。周りで食べるのも便利です。サイリム湖にとても近いです。朝、サイリム湖の日照金山を見に行かなければなりません。私は09時に出かけました。カウンターには誰もいませんでした。エレベーターがないので不便です。幸いなことに、私たちは親切な監督と助けを借りています。鍵は直接カウンターに置かれます。サイリム湖に直行します。

ゲゲストReally cool experience to stay in a traditional Kazakh yurt in their own community. The host led us through their own fenced off area of the mountain (as a tourist you can't just drive in yourself).
The blankets were clean and we had a view of the lake by just opening the yurt door. There are no showers, only a pit toilet, but there is crisp running water drawn from the mountains somewhere. It was really cold outside but the charcoal heating was sufficient enough for us to wear T shirts to sleep.
We ordered dinner and breakfast in advance and the host's mum's cooking is fantastic. Every dish was the best version we've had so far on our trip.
You could see the sheep and cows being herded at the beginning and end of the day. The friendly yellow dog kept the cattle from wandering too close to our camp. He's a well trained, good boy!
Would definitely like to stay again.

Yy3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

衛生:インテリアは清潔で無臭で、寝具は快適で、ペットは外で遊んでいて、室内の衛生状態には全く影響がなく、滞在はとても快適です。
環境:雪をかぶった山に支えられたサイ湖の西側の自然の牧草地は、草原に面しており、ペットは自由に走ることができ、夜は銀河を眺め、朝は日の出を眺め、ペットと一緒に旅行する楽園です。
サービス:上司は特に小動物が好きです。彼は私たちのペットのために水と食べ物を用意し、私たちがペットの世話をするのを手伝ってくれました。とても思いやりがあり、ペットと一緒に旅行する必要がありました。

AAshleigh RThe yurts were of big size, able to accommodate six people in one. They are traditionally decorated. Bedding is provided. During the night, it can get cold, but the coal stove really helped, although it did look a bit unsteady. Hot water for tea/coffee is available. The people were friendly. They picked us up from the North Gate. We enjoyed chatting with them, learning about their culture, and playing cards. They can provide meals at an additional price. However, breakfast is included. Improvements should be made to the toilet facilties by adding a permanent outer frame structure to the drop toilet for privacy.

ゲゲストWe had a difficult situation during our stay near Sayram Lake because our payment apps and bank transfer were not working, and we did not have enough cash for transport back to the railway station. Mr. Song was very kind and patient with us. He helped call several drivers and tried his best to find someone who could accept the amount of cash we had. Even with the language barrier, his kindness made us feel safe and cared for.
I have travelled to many places in China, and experiences like this are why I always say Chinese people are very kind and Mr. Song is one of them.
If this was my first and last journey to Sayram Lake, I will still remember their kindness forever. Thank you so much for helping us during a difficult moment. 😊
