匿匿名ユーザーThis place is superb! All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. The room package is so worthwhile as it includes breakfast, skiing, snow activities, deer park and hot springs at Club Med. Room is spacious and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended especially family with young children.

匿匿名ユーザーI highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer.
I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

MM61849****酒店很新，就愛住新的，門頭很大。房間比照片看着還寬敞，房間非常新且乾淨無異味，智能馬桶，淋浴水很大，温度調節靈敏，暖氣很得勁。服務超級好，事事有迴應，件件有着落!就像是專職管家，從還沒來一路照顧到走。出行景區遊玩酒店都有安排車輛接送，接送站也很貼心，還可以幫忙推薦遊玩，價格很實惠，比自己網上購票便宜。離景區超級近200m，背面就是小吃街，對面是萬達酒店。

ゲゲスト長白山ワンダシェラトンに滞在するのは初めてですが、コンシェルジュのXiaohuiさんは真剣で、細心の注意を払い、滞在中に遭遇したすべての問題を解決してくれました。シェラトンの第二の我が家のようなサービスと保証を感じました。シェラトンの特別ポイント。ケータリング部門のマネージャーであるシャオフイさんも熱心で優秀で、フォローアップやつながりがあり、ゲストを満足させる機会を逃しません。我が家のような温かさを満喫でき、行き届いたサービスがもたらす幸せを旅に感じさせてくれました。ワンダ シェラトンがますます良くなることを願っています。添付写真：鹿肉入り餃子、牛すじの小花ソース添え、本格的な商品をお手頃価格で、四川料理も食べられます。 XiaohuiとXiaochenに改めて感謝します。子供たちを連れて行きます。

Kkimokedithまず第一に、ホテルの環境が良いことを確認する必要があります。コンシェルジュとポーターのサービス態度も非常に良いです。前日にホテルから電話があり、部屋の要望を尋ねられました。子供がいましたが、事前に用意してくれるとのことで、ホテルの対応もとても丁寧だと感じました。チェックインすると何もありませんでした。また、部屋の 2 つのバルコニーのドアは施錠できません。バルコニーの外にプラットフォームがあります。安全装置はどこですか?早朝にチェックアウトしなければならなかったので、事前にホテルに連絡して、持ち帰り用の冷たいお弁当をいくつか詰めてもらうように手配しましたが、チェックアウトの前日にホテルと2回連絡しました。翌朝、誰もいなかったので、電話しましたが、長い間待っていましたが、誰も出てきませんでした。その結果、家族全員がお腹を空かせて出発しました。ホテル業界の基準は何ですか? 1泊の宿泊料金は安くはありませんが、サービス内容に見合った金額なのでしょうか？あれだけ大きなホテルのフロントは24時間営業ではないでしょうか？温泉のサービスについて話しましょう。 温泉のシャワーエリアはトイレよりも臭く、男性用シャワーには排泄物さえあります。 良いホテルはゲストに第二の家のような感覚を提供するべきではないでしょうか。家？

ゲゲストWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special.
The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay.
One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests.

ゲゲストAn absolutely wonderful find in the mountains! We stayed with friends and loved every moment. This small guesthouse with its own restaurant is warm, clean, and incredibly cozy. Highlights include heated beds and a fantastic view of the ski slope and lift from the window. The owners are the most caring hosts, always happy to answer questions and providing free transfers to the ski center and even the airport! The food in the restaurant is delicious, and a complimentary breakfast is served in the morning. The best part? It's very affordable, yet located just 5 minutes from expensive fancy hotels, the ski center, and the spa. We are truly delighted and will definitely come back!

SSuriInShanghaiWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
