A last-minute decision led me to Erlanghe instead of Snow valley, and I discovered a tranquil and beautiful village. Although many of the original residents have moved away, some still choose to stay. The host, Sister Liu and her husband, are natives. They have lived in this village for decades.They are honest, kind-hearted people who treat their guests like families, running their homestay with sincerity and integrity. Holding onto such simple, genuine beauty is truly rare in this world filled with marketing gimmicks. They even built a small snow slope across from the house for the kids to play. Sister Liu keeps the rooms impeccably clean, the bathroom has no unpleasant odor at all! The kang (heated bed) was wonderfully warm, and after playing in the snow, lying down on it, I fell asleep almost instantly. Sister Liu’s dumplings were particularly beautiful, each one identical, and the wrappers had the fragrant of wheat, a flavor I hadn’t tasted in years. The wild mountain vegetables served at dinner were also unique. Sister Liu even specially scrambled eggs for my daughter ! Waking up to a world of glittering white snow was both familiar and strange. Taking a walk around the village, the crisp, crunching sound of footsteps in the snow was incredibly healing. Returning to Sister Liu’s freshly cooked porridge, steamed traditional sourdough buns, and homemade pickles (so delicious I could eat a whole bowl!) made the day utterly satisfying. I really wish I could have stayed a few more days!

The place is away from the actual snow village (雪乡） but much more cheaper compared to stay inside the snow village, the lady boss is super friendly and helpful, the food served in the accommodation also very nice and delicious, definitely will go back again and recommend to my friends!

五星推薦橫道河子老泉民宿！民宿緊挨着山邊，推開窗户就是成片青山綠植，滿眼綠意，清晨山間霧氣環繞，空氣特別清新。 院內設施太適合避暑遊玩，半山坡有網紅鞦韆，拍照氛圍感拉滿；院子門口天然泉水洞常年冰涼，孩子特別喜歡在水邊玩耍納涼。超大庭院可以自助燒烤，我們用山泉水冰鎮啤酒、飲料，伴着徐徐山風吃燒烤，涼快又愜意，完美避開城裡高温。 房間衞生做得無可挑剔，全屋打掃得乾乾淨淨，一次性牙刷、洗漱用品全部配齊，住宿省心舒服。來橫道河子避暑首選這家，不管親子出遊還是朋友小聚都合適，下次來還住這裏！

Stayed here enroute to Snow City. Not worth the price paid. Only 1 bath towel provided per room for twin sharing. Instead we were provided with single use towel which is the size of hand towel for shower. I requested for the bigger towel but was told that each room is only provided 1. Could smell people smoking at the common corridor. No mineral water provided and have to request from reception counter. Hot water is also upon request. No kettle in the room. Breakfast provided was plain porridge with hard boil egg, pickled vegetables and a hard bun. Room was on level 2 and had to lug the luggage up, no one to help. Well, not easy to find accommodation around the area. Suitable for a night sleep, that’s all. The counter staff very friendly though.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff. From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special. I highly recommend anyone planning to travel to Harbin to contact Snow Mushroom Hotel for all your travel arrangements, not only in Snow Town but also in Harbin, Yabuli, and other places in the region. Very nice and new hotel directly in the snow village. Very clean , comfortable bed, modern toilet and bathroom.  only thing is the WIFI worked only on our android devices but not iphones however the stuff was very accommodating. Well done!

Definitely the place to stay ! ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมาก เมื่อรถบัสมาถึงสามารถเดินไปยังโรงแรมได้ในระยะใกล้ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลาง Snow Town ทำให้การเดินเล่นและท่องเที่ยวสะดวกสบายเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ภายในโรงแรมน่าจะเพิ่งได้รับการปรับปรุงและรีโนเวทใหม่ทั้งหมด จึงให้ความรู้สึกสะอาด ทันสมัย และพักผ่อนได้อย่างสบาย การสื่อสารกับพนักงานทำได้ง่ายผ่านแอป WeChat ซึ่งเป็นแอปที่ใช้กันอย่างแพร่หลายในประเทศจีน และยังช่วยแปลภาษาได้อีกด้วย ครั้งนี้ได้เข้าพักที่นี่ 2 คืน แต่ครั้งหน้าตั้งใจว่าจะกลับมาพักอย่างน้อย 7 คืนแน่นอน ประทับใจมาก ๆ The location is excellent. When the bus arrives, the hotel is just a short walk away. It is right in the center of Snow Town, making it very convenient to stroll around. The hotel seems to have been recently fully renovated inside, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Communication with the staff was easy via WeChat, a commonly used app in China that also helps with translation. We stayed here for 2 nights this time, but next time we will definitely stay at least 7 nights. We absolutely loved it so much!

มาเป็นคนไทยคนแรกที่มารีวิวค่ะ😆 ที่พักอยู่ในหมู่บ้าน Snow town นะคะ นั่งรถบัสจากหน้าหมู่บ้านเข้ามา ลงรถก็จะเจอป้ายหิน แบบในรูปให้เลี้ยวซ้ายค่ะ เดินไปฝั่งที่ไม่ใช่ถนนคนเดิน เปิดAmapเอาก็ได้ เดินไปอีกนิดเดียวถึงที่พักเลยค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาดตรงปกเลยค่ะ เสียดายห้องน้ำเล็กไปหน่อย อาหารเช้าฟรี มีข้าวต้ม ไข่ ไส้กรอกเล็ก และเครื่องเคียงค่ะ ไม่อิ่มเติมได้ตลอดค่ะ
