The hotel is about a ten minute drive from Hami Station. There is a street with a row of barbecue shops in a row nearby, plus other places to eat nearby. I selected this hotel because I saw it had hosted foreign guests before. When I was there (August 2024), the staff were giving out slices of melon at reception in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was good, my room was pretty quiet, and the laundry room had two washing machine but no dryer (but in August, the air is dry anyway). All the staff were friendly.

とても良いホテルで、駐車場はとても広いです。私のような自動運転の友達はとても気持ちがいいです。駐車後、車を修理できます。サービススタッフもとてもフレンドリーです。おじさんの警備員が駐車場を案内し、荷物を引っ張る必要があるかどうか尋ねます。他のスタッフもとても熱心です。ずっと車で来て、甘粛省の人と新疆の人の熱意は本当に私を感動させました、部屋はきれいで、施設はとても新しく、私が去ったときに戻ってきます! 😄😄😄

1階のロビーは広くて明るいです。読書家として、ロビーの本棚が好きです。大人向けの本と子供向けの本があります。それらは高度で思慮深いです。深みのある人が選んだ本です。親指を立てます フロントデスクのウイグル人の女の子は暖かく、優しく、思いやりがあります 部屋はとても快適で、清潔で整頓されています。ドリップコーヒーがあります 雨から降る水はマッサージのように感じられ、とても爽やかです。朝食は種類が豊富で味も良いです。中国と西洋を組み合わせたような感じです 次回もアトゥールを選びます。階下にはハミで一番のレストランであるイロランがあります 味はとても良く、環境は豪華に装飾されています。夜には歌と踊りがあります。ゲストを楽しませるには良い場所です。ただし、個室は早めに予約する必要があります

ホテルラヴァンデで素晴らしい滞在ができました!スタッフは素晴らしかったです本当に親切で気配りがあり、快適で簡単に滞在できるように、それ以上に行きました。マネージャーも優れた英語を話します。絶好のロケーション、そして部屋は素敵できれいでした。ここに滞在することを間違いなくお勧めします!

An easy 7 or 8 minute walk to or from the train station. After checking in I asked to change rooms as there was a smell of smoke and was given a superior room. A couple of small supermarkets nearby. Convenient for a one or two night stay.

We had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

寵物友好！位置很好找，就在汽車城裡麪，免費停車，設施很新，雖然兩張座椅看起來有些污漬，但是因為是布藝的，在所難免，瑕不掩瑜。一次性用品齊全（一次性拖鞋），床品，浴巾，毛巾都很乾凈，熱水適宜，下水很快，洗手間沒有異味，除了排風扇的聲音震天響。房間空調製冷效果很好，窗外視野很開闊。周圍有好多餐飲店。距離市區，比如回王墓大概十公里左右，自駕出行最方便，免費停車。有小度智能

The bathrooms in the tent area were very uncomfortable small and don't look or smell great, the carpet in the tent itself was not clean. The bed was hard, but ok. The tent is right next to the road, so a lot of noise and there's a very bright light till late at night. The people were friendly and gave me hot water
