ゲゲストThis was, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable hotel experiences of my life. The Comfort City Hotel, although tucked away outside the capital, is a true gem. With its 7-star rating, it exceeds all expectations, offering impeccable elegance, organization, and impressive cleanliness.
What stood out the most to me was the hospitality of the staff. Every employee seemed impeccably trained, providing attentive and personalized service that made all the difference. I only stayed for one night, but it felt like I had been there much longer due to the strong connection with the place.
The buffet is simply incredible, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes that cater to various tastes. Additionally, the room service operates 24 hours a day, ensuring you have everything you need at any time. The hotel, though not very large, is extremely cozy, providing a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home.
One aspect that deserves special mention is the staff's willingness to assist with personal issues. I had some trouble catching the train and finding my destinations, but the team went above and beyond, offering all the necessary support to resolve everything without stress.
If you're planning a trip to Yizhou, don't think twice: the Comfort City Hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable, elegant, and memorable stay. I highly recommend it!

匿匿名ユーザー住了2晚，很不錯的入住體驗！設施設備都比較嶄新，服務也很好！喝酒回來，第二天房間嗚呼哀哉的，以為要被扣按金的，如果人家扣了我們也沒啥説的，畢竟搞得蠻臟的。但是服務員大姐人很好，幫打掃得乾乾淨淨的，床單也換了新的，也沒有扣我按金。第二天正好的端午節，還給送了果盤和粽子。

KKLimReally an under-rated place. Highly recommended place to visit in Guangxi, especially the Cave. It is the biggest and most walkable cave we have ever visited. Thank you again to hotel manager, Mr Yan for the best service we experienced among all the 10 hotels we stayed in Guangxi.

ゲゲスト很喜歡她們家的裝修風格，沒有去之前看到客户評論説房間小，還以為真的很小，不想定的但是實在喜歡她們家風格舅訂了，結果沒有後悔，也沒有踩雷，房間大小人家寫的很真實，而且老闆娘他們都非常熱情，叫我想喝茶就下一樓泡，想晚上吹點涼風就説晚上的樓頂大露台很好，上去也真的很舒服，在小縣城裡麪，我覺得她們家的民宿可以説是數一數二的，也很大方，早上還買了很多玉米芋頭雞蛋煮了叫很多住户一起吃，真的超級推薦

SS H LThis is my first time visiting Bama and was quite apprehensive about negotiating the transfer of high speed trains from Chaoshan to Nanningdong and onward to Baise after a night at Nanningdong Railway Station. The hotel's lady boss directed me how to bus from Baise to her hotel. She also gave clear information for me to provide to the bus driver on where to drop. I was surprised she was waiting for me when I got off the bus. I being a 70+ years old person, she even helped me to load my luggage on her car. She also helped me to book a car late at night for my next day trip to Sanmenhai and Crystal Palace. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would have extended my stay if I have not booked hotel for my next stop. She also helped me to book the return bus ticket and fetched me to the bus pick-up point at 8 am. She also refused to accept payment for fetching me to and from the bus drop off/pick-up point insisting this is part of the hotel's service. I thanked the lady boss for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I will stay here again should I visit Bama again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

WWanbeidewanいやあ、ナラダ・バーマはすごいですね！場所は素晴らしく、景色は美しいです。部屋はとても広くて、素晴らしいバルコニーが付いています。とても清潔感があり、設備も充実しています。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、まるで家にいるような気分にさせてくれます。ここの温泉はルームカードを持っていれば無料で利用できるのでお得！朝食ビュッフェもとても充実していて味も良かったです。全体的な経験は素晴らしかったので、機会があれば必ず戻ってきます。

KKLimWe select this hotel as we have an early train next morning but the room turned out to be better than expected, spacious and clean. The reception, 小黄 was warm and friendly for our checking-in. When cigarette smell spread to our room at night from the ventilation, she risked the wrath of her manager and got permission to shift us to another floor which we greatly appreciate. It was our 5th hotel in Guangxi and the hotel breakfast was the best so far. 1st time got coffee at breakfast.

MM489328****頭一次來巴馬，環境真漂亮！特別是世紀養生園的環境！太美了！空氣清新，陽光温和。酒店是在一個小區裏，外圍設有酒店的接待中心，從接待中心到房間有觀光車接送，路程3-5分鐘，非常方便！前台小明小美女很熱情，行李員也會幫忙拿行李，非常棒的入住體驗！房間也很乾凈，沒想到的是帶一個大陽台，很舒服。房間的酒店一樓也有前台服務的，另外酒店還贈送了晚上免費的足浴泡腳。他們的中餐也很好吃，小份的小碗菜，價格很實惠！值得推薦的！
