We stayed at this hotel for two nights with my three girlfriends to celebrate Christmas, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is stylish, cozy, new, and exceptionally clean. It felt so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The service was absolutely fantastic! The staff’s hospitality truly amazed us—they are like magicians, turning every wish into reality almost instantly. They even let us decorate the hall for Christmas and helped with the fireplace until late at night, making our celebration extra special. If you’re looking for a perfect stay with top-notch service, this is the place to be! 😍😍😍

”This hotel offers outstanding value for money. It's a relatively new hotel (opened in 2024), and everything feels fresh and modern . I loved the smart room features controlled by ”Xiao Du,” and the bed was incredibly comfortable with its zero-pressure latex mattress . The facilities are great too—there's a gym, a自助洗衣房 (laundry room), and a cozy café on the first floor . Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of both Chinese and Western options . The location is very convenient, close to万达广场 (Wanda Plaza) and just a short drive to the东夷小镇 (Dongyi Town) . I would definitely stay here again.”Will visit again

Hello, I was travelling to Rizhao far from Indonesia. So, it’s better to stay in a good hotel. However, this hotel is so much better than i expected, especially traveling with family (I’m with my parents). Not just cozy and clean but the staffs are so kind and very helpful because I can’t speak Chinese. The lady who’s in the front desk even helping me to use the laundry and drying machine! The amenities in this hotel also very complete, the hotel not just gave us a welcome drink but also a plate of apples and preparing a tea set to drink in my room. This hotel is very unique too, they have a little garden that connects with the apartment beside the hotel so the guests can enjoy their times there chilling and chattering (the garden is located at the 4th floor) they also provide laundry machine, complete with drying machines, detergent, iron board, iron and even bag to bring back our clothes!! Overall this hotel is 5/5 ⭐️ I highly recommend for everyone even if you travel alone, couple, friends, family, and business trip! Also thank you for the lady (all staffs too) who helped me to check in and teaching me to use the washing as well as drying machine 😁!

Walking distance to the beach to catch sunrise, however we did not get lucky for the beautiful sunrise. Basic necessities provided, with washing machine and fridge and hair dryer. Very friendly front desk or property owners. The bathroom has limited space for hanging and the design of the shower place will wet the floor totally. Hot water supply seem to be limited, half way through shower the hot water not working and only cold water stream. There is no fan in the room at all, but the weather is cold enough to provide airflow when window is open. Not sure about summer. 2 beds in the accomodation, with 1 small bed inside the room and another 1 double bed next to living room without room. The address in trip.com seem to be wrong and taxi drop us somewhere further, we went to a different building. Recommend to contact owner early for a correct address of the front desk.

開元森泊には今回で4回目の宿泊ですが、日照は初めて訪れました。各開元森泊にはそれぞれの特色がありますが、日照は海辺に特化しており、スカイブリッジを渡るとすぐに万平口海浜風景区に着くので非常に便利です。夏にはどれだけ混雑するのか想像もつきません。コンシェルジュのエッグタルトもとても良い方で、連絡もスムーズでした。食事も特色のあるサバの水餃子や海腸の掻き込みご飯がとても美味しかったです！良い点はたくさんあるので割愛しますが、開元森泊は常に私たち家族旅行のホテル選びにおいて最良の選択です。 今回はいくつかの残念な体験がありましたので、日照に新しくオープンした開元森泊が改善してくれることを願って、お伝えしたいと思います。夕食のハイセンレストランにはビュッフェディナーがありませんでした！！とても残念です。レストランは海の生き物が多くてとても素敵な内装でしたが、祝日しかオープンしておらず、週末でも開いていないのは納得できません。開元森泊のビュッフェはいつも美味しくて、楽しみにしているので、今回の件は特に残念でした。 次に朝食についてです。日曜日の朝は客が多く、雁来軒レストランに分散されるのは理解できます。しかし、両方のレストランで内容は同じだと客に伝えたのに、実際は違いました。雁来軒にはパン焼き機もなく、フルーツもありませんでした。明らかに内容に違いがあるのに、そのことを客に明確に伝えなかったのは非常に良くありません！ また、翌日の朝食ですが、ハイセンレストランの麺、水餃子、ワンタンのコーナーのスタッフの方に尋ねると、「10分以上待つ必要がある」と言われました。どのように並ぶのか、どのように予約するのかも説明がありませんでした。もし整理券や順番待ちの明確なルールがあるのなら、それをはっきりと伝えるべきです。「はい、水餃子を一杯ですね？10分後に取りに来てくださいね～」と、もし記憶力が良くて注文を覚えられるならそうすればいいですし、覚えられないなら客に並んで待たせるべきです。「ここを離れたら受け取れない」と言われたりして、少し不愉快でした。前日の朝は混雑していましたが、同じような状況でもこのような不快な体験はありませんでした。開元森泊のサービスにはいつも満足しています。日照のこのホテルが、新しくオープンしたばかりだからといってサービス水準を下げないことを願っています。

SNSでこのホテルを見かけて、とても良さそうだったので予約しました。新しくオープンしたばかりということで、臭いやホルムアルデヒドの心配をしましたが、入ってみると全く気になる臭いはなく、ホテル経営者の方々がお客様のニーズに応えるために最大限の努力とプロフェッショナリズムを発揮されているのだと感じました。初めての滞在で、日照について詳しくなかったので、観光情報やホテルのことなどたくさんの質問をしましたが、いつも patiently に答えてくださいました。ホテルの設備は新しく、金属製の器具にも水垢一つなく、本当に清潔でした。部屋にはバスタブもあり、子供がお風呂で遊ぶのをとても喜んでいました。子供用のアメニティも用意されていました。同じ建物にセブンイレブンがあり、とても便利でした。ホテルからの眺めも良く、無料で高層階の部屋にアップグレードしていただきました。ホテルにはプールとジムがありますが、訪れた時はプールは一時的に閉鎖されていました。部屋からは日照市の遠くの海の景色を一望できます。 場所は万平口や海洋公園などの観光スポットに近く、とても便利です。今回の旅行でこのホテルが一番満足できました。スタッフのサービスに大変満足したので、このような長いレビューを残しました。長いレビューを書くのは初めてです。特に、チェックイン時に部屋のアップグレードをしてくださったXiマネージャー、フロントで親切に多くの質問に答えてくださった方、そしてチェックアウト時に見送りをしてくださった友人たちに感謝します。Andyさん、Maryさん、Dreamさん、ありがとうございました。日照全体的に観光にとても適した場所だと思います。次回日照に来るときも、またこのホテルに泊まりたいです。値上がりしないことを願っています（笑）。

You’re even driven around the property by golf cart, which adds a fun and luxurious touch. Everything here feels peaceful, private, and made with love. A perfect escape for couples looking to slow down and reconnect. 💕

立地は最高でした。チェックインはうまくいきませんでした。チェックイン時間より早く到着したのですが、部屋の準備ができるまで待たせる代わりに、全く掃除されていない別の部屋に通されました。階下に戻っても信じてもらえず、3分ほど経ってから「部屋はもうきれいになりました」と言われましたが、そんなはずはありません。散らかった部屋に何度も行き来させるのではなく、部屋の準備ができるまでロビーで待たせてくれればよかったのに。質問があってフロントに行った時（電話より直接中国語で話す方が自信があったので）、フロントの誰も私に気づいてくれませんでした。少し待って、こちらから声をかけなければなりませんでした。私にとっては、サービスは十分ではありませんでした。ただ、夜勤のフロントの女性は親切で、友人が体調を崩したのでお粥を注文するのを手伝ってくれました。

端午看了同學的畢業典禮，自己一人想再玩玩，便來到了日照。上一次來到日照還是12年前，當時的海灘一點不成氣候，唯一有記憶的是海邊20元的更衣室。這次體驗了浩克山東，做好了攻略，這家酒店位置相當好，離利羣大唐商業廣場兩個路口，離棉紡廠大集也就幾百米，去了萬平口。酒店又大又乾淨，還有歡迎水果，平峯的價格真的優惠，還會再來。唯一有點遺憾，早餐不是很多，添了將近二十元，也沒啥有特色的。
