We booked 2 rooms during our recent trip to snow valley. Both rooms are located just on first floor. All luggages are easy to move to room. Services, room cleanliness, food, activities to play snow are all very well planned in this inn. Fix timings to go 雾凇岭or 羊草山depending on your preference. We went to 雾凇岭excellent choice as it was more suitable for my younger kid of 5years old. When he grew up, wanted to come back to try the 羊草山穿越to 雪乡route. The food was so delicious. All home cooked and prepared from their in house kitchen. 小鸡炖蘑菇 is a must try. I cant find this dish made so delicious in city. Even my nephews and sis in law who are vegetarian for so many years, had given their endorsement on such a fresh meat and cooking skills foe this dish. We ordered once more after we checked out our rooms, as lunch, before we departed to another place. Room itself also comfy. Big bed. Separate toilet and shower area. It has stable hot water supply for showering. The boss and lady boss also very responsive to our msg via wechat once we booked the rooms, to ensure things are correctly ordered, explain the winter activities options to us clearly too. I also approached the lady boss for recommending and arrange a big car to ferry 7pax of us from Harbin city to their inn. Very comfy ride and easy to communicate driver too. Will definitely contact u via wechat days in advance to ensure things are fine and logistic arrangement to snow velley is well planned. Oh not to forget, i didnt arrange for 定制旅游行程。i planned all itinerary myself. So with clear communication from ladyboss, i was able to control the overall itinerary at ease. Traveling with 2 young kids and extended family with young teens, this inn is very suitable as it is so near to main stage at snow valley main street. There are alot of supermart selling cheap drinks and 蓝莓干too. Just next to the inn has a cheap supermart. Bought few 格瓦斯to chill at our room windowside too. Snow play/ activities are available behind the inn too. Just a stone throw away, and entrance tics were waived since our inn has a deal with the owner of the snow / ice park. Daily night activities all are included and it was fun to play. 泼水成冰，仙女棒，自制冰糖葫芦等等。 Thats all. This inn wont disappoint you.

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

Friendly service, big room with super beautiful view from our room, owner help us with transportation and place we visit. Mostly recommend to visitor who would like to stay at village.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

The owner is very friendly and helpful! Helped us with many bookings and activity recommendations even before we arrived, they also provide free activities such as cycling on ice, sledding, local clothes, turning water into ice, etc. Food options are delicious too - one of the best 锅包肉 I've had so far :) We truly enjoyed the serenity in Snow Valley and hospitality of the owner. Will definitely recommend for anyone who are considering a visit.

雪郷は気温上昇のため閉鎖されている。悔いを残さないように、私たち両家族は今回の東北旅行の最終目的地として雪郷のすぐ近くにある雪渓を選びました。雪渓の景色は雪郷に似ていますが、あまり商業化されていないため、今回高盛旅館を選んだのは主に評価が高く、価格が手頃であるためです。これもまた店主とその家族がとても親切でサービス精神がとても良いです！私たちは家族4人が横になるのに十分な大きなカンを選びました。部屋は狭いですが、暖房は非常に強力です。旅館の食事は美味しく、3食すべて食べました。ホテルで店主がガチョウを釜で煮込んだ後味！東勝旅館は長慶森林農場と雪谷の2店舗あり、最初は運転手さんに長慶森林農場の店まで送ってもらいましたが、長慶森林農場の景色もよかったですが、私たちは雪谷のほうが好みでした。最後に、店も車で私たちを雪谷の店まで送ってくれました。非常にコストパフォーマンスが高く、ポイントは5つです！

INCREDIABLE INN! We travel for just a day here. We left our luggage at our booked hotel at harbin, we travel back pack, morning 6am sharp bus from Harbin central street and arrived at the inn about 10:30-45 ish. And back to harbin 7am the next day arrived at harbin close to 12pm. The Inn location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the main road where all the food and shops are located. The owner was incredibly kind and, even though we couldn't communicate in Chinese, she was very adept at using Google Translate. We managed to communicate very well, and her caring nature reminded me of my mom, so I ended up calling her ”mama.” For Muslim Traveller just get ready your translation telling owner that you only eat vege. She will cater for it. On main street you can get sweet patato and can drink lots sort of things. If you unable to eat vege, get couple of ready meal prep from your country, as hot water is provided by the inn. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. To get here, make sure to contact the owner, who will arrange everything from Harbin to the hotel and vice versa. For those who can't speak Mandarin, make a note of the inn's location on your map and inform the driver of your destination, asking them to prompt you when you arrive. While drivers do announce locations upon arrival, it's better to inform them beforehand using Google Translate, especially if you don't understand Chinese. Overall, the journey and hotel stay were superb. The activities in Wusongling were mesmerizing. There's no need to go to Europe, when you can experience snowmobile rides and stunning scenery here at a much cheaper price even in euro you are unable to do so. All arrangements will be made by the owner. Simply you need to prepare $$$. Simply superb!

The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍
