酒店非常好，尤其是前台工作人員娜娜和小詩，熱情周到，離開酒店還送了暖心小禮物。酒店餐廳環境不錯，外面有一個大露台，晚上有免費飲料或啤酒提供，衹要不下雨，還可以看壩壩電影🎞️，早餐一直到12:00，品種豐富。酒店還主動幫客人提供高鐵站打車服務，體驗感棒棒！

We are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty! Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

I highly recommend Joy hotel. I stayed at the Jia Yue Deluxe Suite and it's great. Two spacious rooms with all amenities. The hotel service is excellent. The front desk personnel are very kind and helped me throughout my stay. They even helped me change my booking and get a refund from trip.com. The hotel's specialty is that it offers both breakfast and lunch as part of your stay. The restaurant's two female chefs are really charming and they prepare the most delicious food. The only drawback of the hotel is the lack of a laundry room, but there are several laundry shops not far away. In sum, I had a lovely stay. Hope to get back soon 🙏🏻

普洱から昆明へ向かう途中、撫仙湖に一泊することにしました。国内で最も美しいヒルトンと称されるホテルで、プールが撤去された後でも期待に胸を膨らませていましたが、結果的には期待外れでした。 チェックイン時に、予約した部屋タイプは最高で5階とのことでしたが、5階は喫煙フロアだと言われました。喫煙者に、同じ部屋タイプでもより良い眺望の部屋を割り当てるのは、ホテル側の都合もあるのでしょうが、私たちは4階の部屋を受け入れるしかありませんでした。 部屋の設備は悪くなく、ネットで言われているほど古くはありませんでした。ただ、洗面台のハンドソープには疑問符が残ります。ホテルに泊まって、腕の長い猿のコスプレでもするつもりでしょうか？また、バスルームにはシャンプーが2本とコンディショナーが1本置かれていましたが、ボディソープがありませんでした。これが噂の、おしゃれな男性が大好きな13 in 1というやつでしょうか？ 夕食後、部屋に戻ってから大きな問題が発生しました。トイレに行く前に、便器の前に固まった正体不明の液体の跡があるのを発見しました。急いでティッシュで拭き取ると、なんとその跡が取れてしまいました。その瞬間、頭が真っ白になりました。常識的な人なら、それが何なのかすぐに分かるはずです。当直のマネージャーを呼んで状況を確認してもらったところ、マネージャーは風邪を引いているにもかかわらず、マスクをして部屋で激しく咳をしながらも、非常に真摯に対応してくれました。最終的に、大理石の床タイルを腐食させた洗浄液の跡だと確認され、6階の眺望の良い部屋に交換してくれました。 しかし、この部屋のトイレは壊れていて、水の流れる音が止まりませんでした。再びエンジニアリング部門のスタッフを呼ぶことになり、20分以上待って、ようやく夜の10時半に修理が終わりました。しかし、翌朝9時に使ってみると、また壊れていました…。 最悪の出来事は朝食時に起こりました。地下1階のレストランの入り口で妻が降りてくるのを待っていると、別の宿泊客がタバコを吸いながら回転階段を堂々と降りてきて、レストランに入ろうとしました。入り口のスタッフに止められ、外で吸って待つように言われ、他の人に取ってくるように促されていました。私は非常に困惑しました。ここは屋内の公共エリアではないのでしょうか？私は仕方なく、喫煙している宿泊客に直接注意しました。彼は比較的道理をわきまえているようで、タバコを消した後、方言で私を罵りながら立ち去りました。この間、スタッフは終始冷ややかに傍観しており、まるで私が理不尽な異端者であるかのように、ホテルが最も重視するターゲット層に不快な体験を与えてしまいました。 私はスタッフに、この地域とホテルの禁煙ポリシーについて尋ねるしかありませんでした。すると、「レストランエリア内以外は喫煙可能で、屋根のある廊下やチェックインロビーですら喫煙できる」という回答でした。本当に人間的ですね。これほど多くのヒルトンに宿泊しましたが、このような特典は初めてです。前回こんな素晴らしいホテルに泊まったのは、シーサンパンナのインターコンチネンタルでした。 席に案内してくれたスタッフが、私と妻が先ほどの出来事について話しているのを聞いて、慌てて「ホテルは禁煙です。先ほどのスタッフは間違って言いました」と説明してくれました。それでは、皆さんのトレーニングは一体どうなっているのでしょうか？ その後、再び入り口のスタッフと話したところ、「喫煙している人はいませんでした」という回答でした。それでは、喫煙者を入り口で止めたのは誰だったのでしょうか？貴ホテルでは、採用の際に誠実さを求めていないのでしょうか？喫煙を抑制する責任を、我慢できない他の宿泊客に押し付け、自分たちは傍観している。これが貴ホテルの経営理念なのでしょうか。 チェックイン直後に、良い評価を求める電話をかけてくる時間があるのなら、宿泊体験を向上させる方法を考えるべきです！

For those seeking a tranquil retreat with a touch of luxury, this privately run inn is a hidden gem. Its rooftop pool and bar offer an idyllic setting to unwind and take in the majestic views of the surrounding lake and mountains. While the inn provides basic amenities, its secluded location means that dining options are limited, with the nearest eateries a short drive away. As such, it may not be the most convenient choice for travelers without transportation. That being said, the inn's peaceful atmosphere and picturesque surroundings make it an attractive option for those seeking a relaxing getaway, albeit at a slightly higher price point.

撫仙湖真的很美。湖水清澈湛藍，在陽光照耀下閃閃發亮，遠處青山環繞，湖面遼闊得讓人心情也跟着開闊起來。 清晨看日出，傍晚看晚霞，湖光山色盡收眼底。酒店環境優美，拍照特別出片，無論是在陽台發呆，還是沿着湖邊散步，都十分愜意。 如果來撫仙湖，我建議至少安排兩天一夜。白天可以到祿充風景區、明星魚洞走走，近距離欣賞湖水的清澈；傍晚則一定要留在湖邊看夕陽，那是撫仙湖最迷人的時刻。這裏不適合趕行程，而是適合放慢腳步，靜靜感受湖風與時光。 離開時最不捨的，不衹是風景，而是那份難得的寧靜。撫仙湖，是一個來了還想再來的地方。

這次入住體驗超出預期，出門吃飯去撫仙湖遊玩都方便，離撫仙湖也很近，散步幾分鐘就能走到，酒店一樓就是餐廳，懶得出門下樓就能吃了，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床睡着踏實，而且房間外面的風景也不錯，可以看到漂亮的撫仙湖，前台服務也周到，衞生保潔也及時貼心。整體環境安靜，性價比很高，下次來還會繼續選這家，真心推薦。第一二張就是房間外面的風景了

We booked online a ”standard single room”, for two people. We were in a hurry so we didn't look carefully all the info online, we only saw that the room was 15 m². When we arrived, we realized that 1/ the room is much smaller than that (there's basically only room for the double bed, nothing else) 2/ the toilets and bathroom are shared. We are a couple travelling on a budget, so we're totally okay with shared bathrooms, but this one was really small and also smelly, so we asked to change for a better room, with private bathroom. This new room was fine, but in the end, we paid a total of 68 yuan, for a much more basic room than other rooms we slept in for lower prices. Apart from that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, directly next to a lot of shops and delicious street food.

The place is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located near a mosque, which made our stay even more meaningful. The hospitality here is truly exceptional—the owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even better. During Ramadan, we were kindly taken to a Ramadan bazaar, and on Eid, we were invited to share a meal together. It didn’t feel like staying at a hotel, but more like being part of a family. Thank you so much for such a warm and unforgettable experience. InshaAllah, we will definitely come back again—next time with a bigger group!
