ゲゲストDer Herr im Empfang hielt am Nachmittag nicht nur die Tür auf, sondern schleppte meine Tasche bis ins Zimmer. Auch am späten Abend sehr freundlicher Empfang. Am Morgen beim Check Out war Herr Rahul sehr freundlich und behilflich. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, die Betreuung sehr gut. Unsere Extrawünsche nach heißem Wasser und einem besonders leckeren Eierpfannkuchen wurden mit strahlendem Lächeln erledigt. Vielen Dank , bis zum Wiedersehen .Familie D. D.

WWammmbatI intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated.
However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again.
It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

Außerdem habe ich Probleme mit dem Internet gehabt, weil nach 1 h oder so das Internet nur noch limitiert gelaufen ist. Bis auf den letzten Tag, da gab es auch unbegrenzt Internet. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen. alles Andere war sehr gut: Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sauberes großes Zimmer.

ゲゲストHotel location is very convenient for the central shopping area of Offenbach (Marktplatz). The walk to the centre passes by a small park (Martin Luther) which offers a small lake hosting a number of different types of birds.
Hotel rooms are spacious with large tv and spotless daily room service. Reception is courteous and helpful. Some rooms overlook a quiet grassed courtyard with a fountain in the middle.
Summarising, an excellent hotel for a short stay.
